Starting a project in April and went in today, I missed the young man’s name; however he was the nicest and most pleasant person I have dealt with in a store in a very long time. Very helpful and great attitude. I’ll be back very soon to spend my entire painting budget at this location simply because of that young man and how great he was to me.

Would be better if staff would allow you to determine what you need and let you ask for help, if needed.

I was able to order what I needed online through their website. I usually shop the Salina store but they didn't have the paint I wanted in a quart. So I checked the McPherson store through the website and they had it. This was late at night when I was shopping. The next day my order was ready and waiting when I got time to go pick it up. It was simple and convenient !!

Dave and Angela are friendly, capable people. They are knowledgeable about their products and willing to help you find the correct product to use.

Customer service was absolutely great! The gal was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with getting my paint and primer selected. All of this on top of the fact that Sherman Williams paint is great quality!

I always receive excellent help from Sherwin Williams in McPherson, KS. The employees there are extremely helpful, and their knowledgeable exceeds all expectations when it comes to picking out paint and painting tools for all of you home projects.

They were so patient, kind, informative, and made me feel like they had my best interest at heart. They knew what type of paint would go best with the type of wall I was painting and how much paint I would need for the space I was painting.

Good accurate service, great person to help you and she was very helpful and carried my 4 gallons of paint outside and she had 3 other customers as well. Very friendly and quick!
