My
experience
at
Fort
Collins
Family
Acupuncture
has
been
a
turn
in
the
right
direction
for
my
health.
I
see
Kimberley
Benjamin
for
acupuncture
2
times
a
month
to
help
with
my
chronic
health
issues.
It
has
helped
me
so
much
I
have
started
seeing
her
3
times
a
month
to
help
give
my
health
the
boost
it
needs
to
continue
improving.
I
have
Fibromyalgia
which
causes
many
symptoms
including
chronic
pain
and
chronic
migraines.
The
acupuncture
helps
with
my
chronic
pain
and
my
migraines.
I
have
tried
many
things
through
western
medicine
like
shots,
pills,
and
even
botox
in
desperation
to
regain
my
quality
of
life
back.
I
found
that
trying
holistic
medicine
was
the
key
to
improving
my
health.
I
would
recommend
anyone
dealing
with
chronic
pain
or
chronic
illness
try
acupuncture
with
Kimberley
Benjamin.
It
has
made
such
a
difference
in
my
quality
of
life.
She
is
kind,
understanding,
excellent
at
what
she
does,
and
has
even
helped
me
learn
things
to
further
help
my
health.
I
highly
recommend

I
wanted
to
add
to
my
previous
review
because
I
have
more
to
say
about
my
experience
at
Fort
Collins
Family
Acupuncture.
I
can't
thank
them
enough
for
all
the
difference
their
care
has
made
in
my
quality
of
life.
My
diagnosis
was
changed
in
June
of
2022
to
Lupus.
It's
not
uncommon
for
many
struggling
with
auto
immune
disorders
to
go
through
many
diagnoses
before
they
find
the
correct
one
many
years
later.
My
journey
with
my
health
has
been
a
roller
coaster
to
say
the
least.
I'm
so
grateful
to
have
Kimberley
Benjamin
as
my
acupuncturist
through
the
ups
and
downs.
The
medicines
I
have
needed
to
take
to
help
my
conditions
over
the
years
have
caused
a
lot
of
side
effects.
I'm
currently
undergoing
a
treatment
for
hormonal
imbalance
which
has
made
my
chronic
migraines
more
intense
and
frequent.
The
thing
that
is
helping
me
get
through
it
is
my
3
visits
monthly
with
Kimberley.
The
relief
that
my
body
feels
after
getting
acupuncture
is
quite
incredible.
I
can
take
a
deep
breath
without
pain
while
lying
with
the
needles
in
me
and
the
use
of
a
moxa
box
on
my
chest.
The
warmth
from
the
infrared
heating
lamps
bring
so
much
pain
relief
and
the
ability
to
relax
into
meditation
which
helps
in
many
ways.
I
struggle
with
anxiety
due
to
C-PTSD
and
have
Bipolar
Disorder.
Kimberley
plays
soft
music
and/or
nature
sounds
in
each
treatment
room
to
help
the
patient
relax.
My
treatment
has
helped
me
to
be
able
to
release
trapped
stress
and
emotions
in
my
body
that
built
up
over
the
years
causing
dis-ease
in
my
body.
I
have
even
had
more
awareness
of
mind,
body,
and
spirit
healing
since
starting
acupuncture.
It
helped
me
tune
into
my
body
in
a
way
I
couldn't
before.
It's
been
a
big
step
to
help
me
turn
around
my
thinking
in
fighting
against
the
pain
and
fearing
it
never
ending.
Sometimes
my
treatment
will
lead
to
an
emotional
release
of
tears
and
other
times
it
helps
me
feel
as
if
a
weight
has
been
lifted
off
my
shoulders.
Overall,
it's
a
mixture
of
both.
The
use
of
acupuncture
has
helped
my
mental
health
in
a
way
I
would
have
never
expected.
I
would
encourage
anyone
who
deals
with
chronic
pain,
mental
health
issues,
and
chronic
illness
to
give
acupuncture
a
try
because
it's
amazing
the
effects
it
can
have
to
increase
your
health
and
quality
of
life.
Please
don't
let
the
fear
of
the
needles
stop
you
from
trying
it
because
they
are
incredibly
small
and
thin.
I
feel
them
going
in
briefly
but
then
while
lying
on
the
table
I
don't
feel
them
so
it's
not
painful
and
quite
relaxing.
The
best
step
I
ever
took
in
self
care
was
giving
acupuncture
a
chance.
I'm
so
grateful
for
the
healing
and
would
love
to
know
others
could
find
relief
without
the
use
of
more
medications
that
come
with
side
effects.
