    I had lipo 360 with Dr. William 2 weeks ago, he was very nice an friendly even though i was very nervous and had like a million of questions. The staff was incredibly nice to me! I had a good experience with them. My anesthesiologist was very sweet and funny which helped me forget i was getting surgery and calm down lol. The nurses were the best, super friendly to say the least! The front desk lady was super friendly and nice with me and my family lol we were so nervous the say of my surgery but she was super nice :) I have been planning the surgery for 2 years and the communication is fine, i understand that sometimes customer flow affects the turn back calls because i work at customer service myself and it’s impossible to get every call, but im glad I always got a call back. Also they have been very good at following up with me on my post op to see how im doing. Im incredible thankful for my results and the customer service i received.

    I'm awarding this office one star due to my siblings' positive experiences. Regrettably, my own encounter was less satisfactory. Opting for surgery with Dr. Williams, as he had successfully operated on my sisters over two years ago, I was initially impressed. However, my rating primarily reflects my interactions with the office and customer service. Although I never had the opportunity to meet the doctor, the uncooperative nature of the office's customer service and coordinators has rendered collaboration impossible. My ordeal began in January when my invoice required rectification. For months, I've been calling weekly to secure the corrected invoice, which I finally received in late July. But attempting to pay the invoice resulted in numerous "error" messages. My attempts to contact both my coordinator and the office proved futile, prompting me to ultimately abandon this clinic in favor of an alternative. The journey through aesthetic surgery is undeniably daunting, underscoring the importance of patient respect. While I'm prepared to forfeit the $1500 I've already paid, I value my well-being far more than this sum.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. I attempted to leave a comment on Instagram about my disappointing experience and they deleted my comment that was getting likes and responses from other women that had similar experiences. Seems like they only want to show the positive and not even attempt to reconcile their poor service. They even blocked me. They didn’t even try to address the poor customer service or take responsibility. I signed up for a consult. They called me a day later and the coordinator that called was so unprofessional. was super disappointed with her attitude. I asked simple questions about the procedure and she literally laughed at me. I still continued to ask additional questions but she reacted the same. She talked to me as if I was a child. This is super unfortunate because I really liked Dr.William and his work. But I don’t feel right about moving forward with them. If this is how my initial contact with 305 is, I don’t want to imagine how the rest would be. I prefer to go elsewhere. For this reason I have gone with CG Cosmetics they called me within 5 minutes of filling out a form and my coordinator was so kind. She listened to me and my concerns. She made me feel comfortable and confident. She answered my questions and made it clear it is normal to have questions about a procedure of this nature. She has become my BBL bestie and is always a text or phone call away. CG Cosmetics showed empathy and understanding as they are preparing me for a surgery that many, like myself, have a long journey to decide to do. I am happy to have finally found somewhere that offers great financial plans, cares about their patients, had great customer service and does such quality work. I will be going with Dr. De Souza.

    I am very disappointed with my experience at 305 Plastic Surgery. I was initially scheduled for a breast explant and lift with Dr. DiGeronimo. At my pre-op appointment, the young lady I met with last that took my final payment kept trying to encourage me to get implants again when I already told her I did not want new ones. She then insisted that I switch to Dr. Ramirez because she said he does better breast lifts without implants so I ended up switching my doctor last minute. 4 months later and my breasts look terrible! The left one is a cup size bigger than the right and hangs A LOT lower than the right one. The right one has a terrible scar that sticks out under every bra and bathing suit. I also have lumps on my incisions and it looks like they were butchered. I have addressed my issue with the clinic and they said I would have to pay for a revision when this was clearly the doctor's fault. Now Doctor Ramirez no longer works at 305 Plastic Surgery. I ended up getting a second opinion from a surgeon where I live and got quoted $8500 to make my breasts even and revise my incisions. This is terrible! I addressed my concern again to the coordinator and stopped receiving responses from her. This place literally took $5000 dollars from me and did not deliver proper results. On top of that, they don’t want to fix what they did. Horrible customer skills. I will be complaining to the board.

    If I could give a 0 I would, I was scheduled with Dr. Williams for a BBL, sent my picture in and supposedly I was a perfect candidate. I paid in full did all my labs, took my vacation and went down to Miami the day before for my pre op. I met with Dr. Williams and he said he would not do it because I don’t have enough fat. (He should have noticed when I sent the picture that he supposedly looked at). I have reached out several times and still have not received my money back. The office staff is horrible and so unprofessional, even from the beginning they were awful. I chose him because he did Lipo on me before and did an awesome job that is the only reason I went back. I feel that even Dr. Williams is unprofessional, if he looked at my pictures he should have know from the beginning. I waited 8 month for the surgery for him to tell me no the day before. I will never go back or refer them to anyone. This establishment is a meat market and all they want is your money.

    It’s unfortunate they really lack in the communication area. I spoke to Geisy 11/21/23 and explained how I had surgery scheduled at a different surgical center and was cancelled last minute by them. She was able to get me a close enough date to my original surgery so I wouldn’t lose out on money on a booked recovery house from ten months prior. I paid the $250 deposit and actually received a call back stating Dr. Williams will open up 1/4/24 to do my surgery. I get my medical clearance done 12/7, I was due to get my labs done by 12/14. Then I receive a call 12/13 stating my surgery was cancelled due to the Dr going on vacation. They created the same exact scenario from the previous surgical center ! And of course famous words are no refunds. But yet my previous surgery center agreed to an entire refund due to my circumstances of being an out of state patient. So much planning has gone into getting surgery for these drs to just act so nonchalant! Money on flights, recovery houses, childcare accommodations, time off of work. Then expecting to be paid upfront prior to surgery and have ridiculous cancellation/money return policies. Sounds like a Miami chop house. I’ve asked for several return calls and no communications. Terrible business practice overall.

    In June 2021 I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Williams, I came out of the surgery and was never given the documents or information. I never saw the doctor again when I went the next day they told me that they would send me a copy of the record in 3 months, something that I still wait for and it never arrived. I called and it is always the same response that a request is made to the record area and it does not happen. I never even knew how many cc's Dr. Williams gave me, they didn't give me any information. My right is to have my medical record and be able to know all the information about my surgery.

    So as I read all of these reviews, I see alot of people feel the same and this place definitely scams people... maybe it's time for everyone to get together for a class action lawsuit!!!! I was denied my deposit after the surgeon I picked is no longer there. They even called me to see if all be at surgery for a date I didn't select nor have I don't labs or been to a pre op! There's alot of people who seem to not know anything and that should be very uncomfortable for anyone thinking of having surgery here!!!!

    AVOID AT ALL COST. I have never in my life seen a company with poorer customer service. They truly do not care about the patients. They have the worst communication ive ever seen in my life. we were told at least 10 times they would call us back and NOT EVEN ONCE did they EVER call us back. For the love of god, do not go to these people. you will regret it i promise.

    I was scheduled with Dr. Williams for a breast appointment , sent my picture in and supposedly I was a good candidate. I booked months ago ! My apt was this Saturday (I’m not from Miami) I already paid for a hotel and everything and I got it rescheduled for Monday When I go to do my pre op I was told I wouldn’t be able to do what I originally planned ( should have noticed when I sent the picture that he supposedly looked at) asked for pictures of alternatives They didn’t have none nor gave a good explanation Was told to come back next day to talk to the doctor to see if I would be willing ti do a alternative and if I wasn’t happy to just else where It’s just the inconvenience for me The doctor should originally do pre op
