I have loved living at Timber Valley for the past 3 years. The amenities are top notch, and its really hard to find somewhere comparable in the area. The space feels new, well maintained, and modern. I especially appreciate the sense of community I've gotten. I know my neighbors, and interact with the Facebook group, and other events hosted by McKenzie during the year.

I've been in Timber Valley since mid-August and my experience to date has been outstanding. Clean, well cared for, like the apartment layout I'm in and amenities are great! Property Manager has been great to work with.

I've lived here a little over 2 years. Not much to complain about really. I love the coffee & hot chocolate machine in the lobby. The staff has been very friendly and the underground parking is great.

Timber Valley has been one of the best places that I have lived. The interior is very modern and spacious—even in the smaller units. If anything is ever wrong or broken, it is responded to in a very timely fashion. The property manager is also one of the kindest people and very helpful whenever you need her. 10/10 recommend.

So peaceful and beautiful apartment grounds. I love living here because it is so well maintained and quiet. The pool is such a great gathering place. I love spending time there. Lots of places to walk too. Close to everything. Highly recommend checking Timber Valley. Everyone is so friendly and helpful!

I've lived here for two years now and just love it. The amenities are great, especially for the price I pay for rent. When I was first apartment hunting it was hard to find a place with underground parking and storage included in rent, so that's a big perk personally. I have two cats so I also enjoy that it's pet-friendly. It's been especially fun participating in the pet secret Santa where those of us with pets can opt to buy a holiday gift for another apartment with pets! It really adds to the community atmosphere. Arika is a fantastic property manager that easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. I don't plan on moving any time soon!

I absolutely loved living here. Everybody is very nice. It is a quiet environment, but so easy to find people and have a good time. Amenities include: pool, sauna, yoga room, fitness room, club room, game room, movie theatre, tanning bed, massage chair. And it isn’t even super expensive!! Amazing management too! Definitely recommend!!

Timber Valley is a great place to live, with awesome amenities, like a pool, movie theater, gym, sauna, and community room, among others. Arika is a very personable property manager, who is highly responsive to all of her residents' needs. Would highly recommend Timber Valley!
