    Jesse managed to fix in less than 30 minutes something that US Cellular couldn't do on over an hour. He even stayed after hours to make sure we were happy. Great job, will definitely return

    Kaylee was amazing ... so pleasant and patient! She helped me choose a new phone that is perfect for my elderly husband and she also downloaded all the information from the old phone to the new one.
