The only reason this is a 2 star is because the staff were very friendly and nice. I’m sorry but This is the worst chicken I’ve ever eaten in my life I went here because I thought it would be like a mom and pop type place but my chicken looked like they literally pulled it out of a frozen bag and microwaved it. the green beans were swimming in 2 inches of grease and the roll taste like it was cooked four hours ago not even reheated because it was cold like I said the staff was very nice and friendly but the food was horrible

Very good food!!!! Reasonable price. The folks that run it are so nice and so friendly!!! Such a hidden gem. So thankful we found it while at confrence. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you.for your hospitality!!!

This place is great. The atmosphere and people were great also. The food was fast and taste great. Prices were really reasonable. I had the fired bologna sandwich deluxe and it was great. You have to try this place. I just hate I won’t be around to try breakfast. Maybe next time when I am in town.

I absolutely LOVE mom and pop / greasy spoon type diners/joints. This was a great experience - and not my first visit here. It won't be my last, either. I was given a hearty southern welcome when I walked in and pleasantly greeted when the waitress came to help me out. She promptly took my order and it arrived fairly soon. Everything was hot and tasted great. I went for breakfast, and have been there for breakfast before, so I can't speak to the lunch items. But they're probably yummy too. I'm totally going back. :)

The service was great, the staff were friendly, and the food was spot on! The cheese and bacon omelet was loaded with bacon! It was also nice to hear Motown classics playing in the background. I'll definitely be back.

This is a great place to grab lunch! Not retro styled- this is legit old-school restaurant, built in 1968. Staff is super, super friendly, food is great and fast service. You need to check this place out!

It has an old school diner kind of vibe with amazing staff and owners who have made me delicious meals for years now. It's consistently yummy, super fast and prices are great. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area, especially for breakfast! There isn't another place like it in Chattanooga, I promise!

Let me start by saying, I am so glad that places like this still exist. As soon as I walked in, it was like stepping back in time. In reality, I stepped into an amazing restaurant packed with great food and great service. I ordered the grilled chicken salad with a sweet tea and it was full of flavor. Cannot wait to come back again and try some additional items on the menu. Highly recommend trying this place for lunch, you will not be disappointed.

We were welcomed warmly, had a great conversation with our server who seemed very appreciative of our compliments on the food. I had a BLT with the most bacon (and meaty bacon) I have EVER seen on a sandwich. The staff all seemed to enjoy their jobs and the cooks were working away as it was quite busy. Enjoyed the experience and, of course, the food! Will return soon. Very good food and pleasant experience!

Visited here a few days ago, and the waiter was extremely unfriendly and very unhelpful with the menu. She wasn't pleasant at all. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming at all. Food was a nice portion. The quality of the food was adequate, but it could be so much better.

I am so glad that we decided to have lunch at this restaurant. It reminds me of an old school diner with really good food and service. I ordered the white beans and cornbread and when I say it was off the chain. Sandy, the owner, was our server. She was very inviting. I've been to all restaurants very near Innside and this place was better than all of them. I guess it depends on what you're looking for. I enjoyed it and will be back soon.

Consistently good food. Customer service is great, and they get your food to you faster than almost any restaurant I’ve been to. Also, their lunch specials of the day are always different and delicious.

The food here is so good! It's like southern comfort food and great burgers. Staff is friendly without withholding their personalities so it's a really chill environment and does not break the bank. I typically spend abt $13 which is a VERY reasonable price for the location and serving size. Definitely would recommend.

I have always loved going to this restaurant. I spoke highly about this place to a lot of people. But today was probably the worse service ever. I placed an order and when I called to let them know that my order was wrong the owner literally hung up on me. I was being polite on the phone so I just assumed the phone disconnected… until I called back and the owner was screaming in the background saying “I hung up the phone and if she don’t like she can bring it back”.. maybe he was having a bad morning but if it’s to the point where your customer service is bad.. maybe you should have stayed home this morning. After today, I will not be coming back… and I’ll make sure to let everyone know how my experience was today with the owner. To the lady that answered the phone the second time. Thank you for always being kind, even know your boss was highly rude and disrespectful.

Great local non chain place. Good breakfast and meet and 2. Always friendly staff. It’s good to support local people. They can even check you out at the table with technology. If smaller places can do this I see no reasons others can’t do the same. Saves time. Thanks for many of good meals over the years

Inside Restaurant was recommended to us. We came for breakfast but ended up getting a bacon cheeseburger and fries and my husband got a BLT. We asked for our fries to be crispy and they were. My burger was delicious. Double amount of veggies on my burger. Lots of bacon on the BLT. Service was great, fast and friendly. We will definitely come again the next time we are in town.

In town for a conference and found this hole in the wall place near the hotel. Great choice. Staff were exceedingly friendly, food was great and price very reasonable. It looks and feels like an old 70’s era coffee shop or diner with long counters and orange and brown paint. It is perfect. No frills or pretense just good food and good service. Will be eating breakfast here every day I am in town.
