First class company. Third time using FD. And will hire again. Mike the owner gives the best he can in all he does. The job site manager, AJ, is super professional and attentive to all my concerns. Cleaned up each day. Nothing was left unnoticed or followed up on. Tile professional Gerardo does beautiful work. Had new tile floors with radiant heat installed. New kitchen cabinets, larger window, painting, plumbing, lighting. If you want a reputable, honest and fair contractor, this is it. Pictures to follow.

From the time we had Jason look at our old kitchen to the time we had a completed project, we found everyone at FD Building to be timely, neat, and responsive. If you had a question, someone always got back to you quickly. Jason gave us a detailed estimate for our project, Laci kept us informed about the schedule and paperwork, Melanie answered all sorts of questions about costs and payments, and Anthony (AJ) directed every aspect of our renovation. While we were away, AJ sent photos of the daily progress, he supervised the plumbers, carpenters, electrician, tile installers always insisting on the highest quality work. His goal was for us to love our new kitchen and we do. You can depend on FD Building to treat you fairly, honestly, and to keep in touch regularly. We've renovated 4 baths and a kitchen prior to this one, but this has been the easiest and most pleasant experience we've ever had.

We used FD to add a master bathroom in our home. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. From help with layout and design, to execution and managing the project, they exceeded our expectations. From the office staff, to our project manager Jim, every person we dealt with was wonderful. They are absolutely the best in the game, and I highly recommend them!!

I worked with FD Building on my house on the east end of long island after there was major flood damage. Jim Rice was the project manager and he was super responsive, and patient with my many questions. Once work began, there was steady progress (faster than I imagined it would be)! I felt like I could text and ask any question and Jim was always very responsive which is helpful when youre a first time home renovator! The project included complete overhaul of the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and finishing the basement! The folks at FD (from Jason in sales, to Laci in accounting and Jim the project manager) are all progressional, organized, and responsive. I would recommend them to a friend for sure and will have them at the top of the list if I want to renovate again.

We had a very professional experience with FD Building Co. They renovated our bathroom from complete demo to detailed finishing and decor. The company began with a detailed walkthrough, client interview and broken down estimate. All organized on a specialized computer program. Our Project Manager, Jim Rice, was attentive, resourceful an custom details, always smiling. They protected our home from dust, dirt and provided porta potty outdoors for the subs. The project came in at budget and on time. We are delighted with the outcome, and Jim helped me achieve my vision. I highly recommend this company for all types of projects!

Found FD Building randomly through an old mailed advertisement. Read some reviews and gave them call. I’m so thankful I made that decision. I was somewhat overwhelmed with the scope of what I needed done since it involved the whole house, but they were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. Eddie was better than the architect who drew my plans at understanding what I wanted and helping to bring that to life. He caught issues before they happened and proposed great ideas to correct them (Thank you for being so patient with me 🙏🏼). AJ as the project manager has been nothing but awesome. He goes out of his way to help with most anything. He kept the site clean (my neighbors loved him), and he was always up front about the cost of things when unforeseen damage was uncovered. He didn’t cut corners and I have confidence in the work that was done because of him. The people he brought in did a great job, especially Julian with the tile and Dan with the electric! The office staff at FD are incredibly nice too. Lacey was always pleasant and helpful. Melanie was very responsive with my requests on the financial end. I have to give credit to Mike, who owns FD. You’ve got an incredible staff, which speaks volumes about you. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to get any type of work done on their house.

FD Building did a fantastic job and completed the work about 2 months early. The team was very responsive and very professional. We expanded our house, added a garage and storage area, enlarged our kitchen and added a pool bathroom.

I sing the praises of FD Building. I could not have asked for a more positive experience! I did a gut reno of two condo bathrooms and kitchen and custom cabinetry in the living room. The bathrooms in particular were very small but FD's design suggestions made maximum use of minimum space. Every person I worked with was a delight...professional, spotlessly clean and efficient. Now my bathroom needs them desperately in the city.
