Small family farm that makes it possible for other small farmers to afford quality feed. I purchase their soy-free organic chicken feed along with sweet feed, minerals, and hay. My animals are thriving on their high-quality food and I always get compliments on how our hen's eggs taste. Ernst has been grinding o pen for Pathfinder Farm Distillery for 3 years now. We feed their Non-GMO laying hen feed to our pastured chickens. They’re a great farm to work with because our families share similar values in what we grow and feed our animals.

We have been very happy raising 100+ broilers every year with the broiler feed from Josh. He's always super nice and helpful. We try to eat 100% organic but sometimes just can't afford the cost so the non-GMO and sustainable growing practices by Ernst Feed make us happy to feed our meat birds with their grain. We buy our broiler chicks from Reich Poultry and by 8 weeks we have a dressed weight of 6+ pound roosters. After butchering costs, we average $10-$12 per bird (at 6 pounds), making it a very cost efficient and healthy way to feed our family of 7.
