Place was packed lots of stuff going on but I had to email my prescription was slow getting it and they told me mandatory to were a mask? I work in NYC brought worker to hospital no mask they told me influenza I looked on line Nothing about that I have asthma can't breath with restrictions but I did what I had to do .tech was nice did her job fast and I got my disk in 10 minutes .this was a good experience except for mask rules

Such a wonderful experience from the time you walk in. Staff is so friendly, conscious of your time and so knowledgable. Facility is super clean and a one stop shop for all testing. Great hours for accommodating all schedules. And best of all the gowns are warmed up for you! I give them 10 stars!

Everything was fine except having to fill out a form with information that I know you already have in your system is annoying. I'm 63 I've had a lot of surgeries and issues with crohn's and stuff and it's very frustrating to have to answer questions every single time I come into a place that already has my info. I wish you could just ask people has anything changed and I will tell you if my medicine has changed if I had another surgery if my insurance is different. That's really it other than that you guys are great 🤔👍🥰

I was urged to go to this facility because they offer immediate ultra sounds in addition to your mammogram if you have dense breast tissue. I always thought I had dense breast tissue only to find out I don’t. The woman that did the test was gentle and quick. It was a positive experience and I will drive the extra distance because of the wonderful care I received.

One issue I have to mention is that my doctor did not get the results when I visited him on Friday. The test was done at your office on Monday. There was enough time for you to forward the test results based on the prescription I provided you. Good thing is that my doctor got it from you after calling. The good reason I gave you 5 stars was that it was your Additional Findings on the Testing Report. It was meant to be a scan on heart. Your finding reported on potential issues on lung for further investigation is so impressive to me. I have been your customer for years. I like you and trust you. Please make improvements where you need to and continue doing your best!

Always exceptional service at this location! Friendly, professional and courteous staff. Love the private area and the warm robe, such a special touch. Katy always makes you feel comfortable with her friendly personality, treating you with respect and A+ care. If you should need an ultrasound after your mammo Tonia provides the same top notch care and respect. A+ all the way around at this location!

I love this place…always accommodating with appointments…staff is ALWAYS pleasant…Katie does my mammograms…She is wonderful…she’s my angel on earth… I had breast cancer five years ago and Katie did my mammogram… She is the warmest nicest person I have ever met… The day that I went for my mammogram (5 years ago) they called me the same day by 5 PM and told me I need a biopsy ASAP… This place is phenomenal for me I would recommend it to anyone…!!!

The front desk was very friendly at check in. They tried to get us in and out as quickly as possible and I appreciated that, especially since I had my toddler with me. The girl who took back my daughter to take her xrays was very patient. Overall a great experience!

Everyone I encountered was very nice, professional and comforting. I am always nervous when taking a new kind of test and being told ahead of time that the test would take five minutes really put me at ease. This is not the first time I have used this location and I will obviously continue to use your services when necessary! I don’t think most people look forward to medical tests but your facility makes it as comfortable and welcoming as possible. Thank you!
