The two people that I dealt with at BW James were excellent! They really helped me pick out the right bourbon barrel wedding band for my now husband (it matches the bourbon barrel watch I gave him last Christmas). The one I really wanted was on back order (it was a popular ring and more were being made). They kept me informed as to the progress of it getting back in stock, and I got it just before the wedding!
