Everything about Johnson Audiology was great! From when I first walked in until I checked out, everyone was super nice. Darnell was exceptional in explaining everything about the testing and the hearing aids…I would definitely recommend Johnson Audiology to anyone who is looking for help with their hearing needs.

I had a Wonderful visit today with Dr. Rachel Glaze. She was super friendly explaining everything we would be doing on today's visit and asked lots of questions to get my background with hearing loss. She was very friendly and informative, and I ended up buying a new pair today. Dr., Glaze promised to follow up with my insurance company and called me only a few hours later with all the information she was looking for and now I cannot wait to hear better in 2024!! Great staff in helping me get an appointment and also having a cancellation call list to get an earlier appointment if possible. Rachel was great in my testing and reviewing the findings. She was also great in discussing my options with different hearing aids and styles. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the BEST! The office staff is welcoming, very helpful, and they obviously enjoy their work! My Audiologist has always been compassionate, takes time to understand clearly every issue I am having, and makes sure I am tested thoroughly. She shares options customized to my preferences and never attempts to "sell me" anything. The office setting is very welcoming, comfortable, ...they even have a coffee bar! Sweet people. I always enjoy my visits.

It was very nice meeting my provider. She worked with me on getting them as cheap as possible. I found my hearing is a little worse, but nothing we can't fix with hearing aids.

Excellent experience. I had already filled out the New Patient forms they provided via email, so had no wait time at all. Dr. Rachel herself greeted me, and took me into the exam room. Several tests were professionally performed, then Dr. Rachel explained each one, along with my results. She showed me the different options and made a recommendation. The entire visit was no-pressure, and I was pleased with the results. I would gladly recommend Johnson Audiology to anyone who asked! My second review - 6-month cleaning of my hearing aids. Dr. Rachel and her staff were - as usual - on top of their game. Got me checked in quickly, and my hearing aids cleaned in no time! Wonderful experience. AGAIN!
