Michael is an all star when it comes to Austin area apartments. He is highly experienced in this unforgiving game that apartment hunting has become. He works extremely quickly to find up to date leasing information and even stays on the phone with you for the leasing applications to make sure your paperwork looks the best out of hundreds of other potential tenants. Just make sure your ready to jump on a place when you call him because this Austin market since COVID is terrible and prices change daily. I tried 4 other apartment locators before him with no luck because they had contracts to stick to. Michael works independently with a larger source of apartments which translates to better options for you. Having trouble qualifying for the places you tried? He has your back because there are actually 3 ways to qualify for renting but I will let him tell you about that since everyone's situation is different. He is not a miracle worker but in this market he is as close as that comes.

Relocating to Austin from Mexico after a two year student exchange program in France as a single female in my early twenties is already super scary. I’ve never been to Austin and have an amazing job opportunity there that I can’t pass up. After searching online, talking to Numerous different people, apartment people, realtors, at times who even knows really Who I was talking too, I found Michael.
