I had the worst experience a person could have at Nissan in Irvine. It turned to be a Lemon. This place is night and day. Quite the opposite of them. Everyone here is so helpful and professional! If you are looking for a dealer who is truthful and real with you, go to Sanders. He is very knowledgeable. If you have any questions about the functions in your new vehicle, go to Cherell. Even the manager, Dan, was helpful when I was lost about something. He went out of his way for me. People actually smile and greet you. Thanks Toyota in RSM.

The entire visit was pleasant and the staff was prompt and cordial. The saving grace was the putting green keeping my kids entertained while my old lady shopped. Definitely recommend your next car buying experience to be at RSM Toyota because I know my next car will be.
