DJ Solstice was the perfect pick for our wedding. We met Matt at a Wedding Expo and he was very personable and knowledgeable about servicing weddings. He had an awesome set up that was visually appealing and great packaging options for events. He was also highly recommended on The Knot. DJ Solstice provides more than just music - he provided us with different lighting options, sparklers, and a custom LED sign with our last name which really set the environment and our wedding turned out beautiful! Matt was very responsive during the planning process. He was prompt and accommodating on any requests that we had for his service. He was a great MC for the night and kept a solid schedule of events following what our coordinator had sent to our vendors. The sparklers and CO2 guns were such a wonderful added touch - my husband and I were very happy with them. The guests LOVED the interactive touches to the night! We sent playlists/song requests to Matt which he played and added in his own mix and that worked out great! Matt nailed our Grand Entrance for the lighting, music, and vibe - he pumped up the crowd! My husband and I absolutely LOVED having DJ Solstice play at our wedding!! Matt was so awesome to work with during the whole wedding planning process. He answered all my questions, and I sure had a lot of them! Matt was so knowledgeable and I truly appreciated the insight that he brought to the table. As most weddings go, a couple things didn’t go as planned the day of our wedding and Matt was so flexible in adjusting the timeline on the spot. Matt kept the energy high throughout our whole reception! The dance party that Matt threw was INSANE. I got so many compliments on the dance floor about how fun Matt was. One comment shouted to me over the music on the dance floor was from my bridesmaid who screamed, “YOUR WEDDING IS LIKE A CLUB!!” That truly was the best compliment ever in my opinion! DJ Solstice is the BEST event DJ ever! He came out to DJ my wedding in October and it was so much better than we could’ve ever imagined and we already knew he would be great. His personality and DJing are unique in the wedding scene, this man belongs on some real EDM stages. The energy he brought was incredible and it’s so clear that he loves what he does. Dj Solstice was incredible for our wedding on 10/21/23! We had the sparklers for our first dance and throughout the night, a neon sign with our last name that he made and got to hang behind our sweetheart table, multicolored glow stick wands for the dance floor, an amazing photo booth where we got to keep all of our guests photos on a flash drive and the guests all got physical copies as well , and the Co2 cannon which was so much fun!! He totally made my dream wedding a reality playing all of our favorite and requested songs and made sure all of our songs for specific events like walking down the aisle, cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss etc were perfect!! Highly recommend using him for your wedding!!

We recently had our wedding last Saturday and hired DJ Solstice, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! Matt was not just a DJ but a true professional who understood our vision and went above and beyond to make our special day even more amazing. From the very beginning, Matt was a pleasure to work with. His communication with our coordinator was seamless, which made the entire event run smoothly. What truly set him apart was his focus on what we, the couple, wanted. He took the time to understand our music preferences and tailored the playlist perfectly. We opted for a package that included a Photo Booth, and I must say, we were absolutely blown away by the exceptional quality of the photos it produced. The ability to customize our printout frames from a wide array of options was a delightful touch. What's more, it didn't stop at just physical prints – digital copies were sent directly to our guests' phones, making it incredibly convenient. To top it off, Matt provided us with a flash drive at the end of the night to ensure we had all the memories in one place. I found Dj Solstice at a premier bridal expo last year. What sold me on booking with them for our wedding was two things: 1. they had the best quality of Photo Booth prints when I compared their Photo Booth prints with the other 4 photo booths at that bride expo. This was important to us since the photo book prints were our party favors, and we weren’t giving out any other type of favor at our wedding. The Photo Booth also included digital copies to be texted to our guests, and the quality of the digital photos were outstanding. ***Bonus: all digital copies were given to my husband and on a flash drive at the end of the night. 2. The dj had a great presentation at the bride expo with slideshows of previous weddings and all the ways and things that they do to make weddings so fun! They have special effects with their packages such as sparklers, fog effects and a smoke gun to smoke show the dance floor. The night of our wedding went so flawlessly. the sparklers that went off when we had our grand entrance, and when we had our first dance enhanced our experience. We forgot about the fog/smoke gun and were just as surprised as our guests when we got to use it on the dance floor. It was absolutely incredible and the music was fantastic! Every guest raved about our dj and music playlist. The dj went above and beyond to deliver a great evening for us and we wouldn’t have changed a thing about our music and dance floor experience. Thank you Matt for such a wonderful night and for being the best DJ we could ask for. I am so glad I went to that bride expo and met you that day.

DJ Solstice was amazing!! He was so easy to work with, was so quick and responsive with our initial inquiries and made sure we had everything we wanted when it got closer to the wedding. I had some specific song requests and wanted the songs to be started at exact times, and he cued it all up perfectly! He understood the vibes that we wanted and played great songs all night, and the sparklers that he provided added a great touch and was used periodically throughout the night, so it was perfect! Would definitely recommend hiring him for any DJ services!!

We hired Matt for our wedding and he was incredible. If you are thinking about booking a DJ for your wedding/event you should book him. He was incredibly communicative throughout the wedding planning process. On the wedding day, he showed up early to set up the sound systems for the ceremony and the ceremony musicians. His playlist for the dinner was perfect for setting the mood and then he REALLY got the party going after dinner. He played all of our 'must-plays' and weaved together songs that would appeal to all demographics and both family's cultures (American & Mexican). Our dance floor was completely packed the entire night and so many of our other vendors commented that it was the most energy they have ever seen on a dance floor. He was so professional and made the evening a night everyone will remember for years to come. I highly highly recommend him!
