Scratched my cornea, of course, on the weekend. Was not going to be able to wait until Monday to see my regular doctor. Started searching for another and called and left a message at Union Family Eye Associates. Within 5 minutes, Dr. Bhat returned my call and on Sunday, met me at his office to treat me. What a most pleasant, professional man! And he took care of my issue and I began to feel better immediately. Went back two days later for follow-up. Again, everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Dr. Bhat.

I recently visited Union Eye Care and had a good experience that I wanted to share. From the efficient and friendly front desk staff to the personalized care provided by Dr. Bhat, the entire visit exceeded my expectations. Dr. Bhat demonstrated a deep understanding of optometry, explained each step clearly, and took the time to address my questions and concerns. The office is equipped with high end machines/technology, reflecting a commitment to top-notch care.

Great Great service. I called many other places who did not answer. Pam answered right away when I called Union family Eye was able to get me in for an eye emergency within an hour. Dr. Bhat Was amazing very knowledgeable and helped me through my eye issue. Union family I was so great that I have chosen to move all my future exams to this location.

Dr. B was nice until I told him we were thinking of buying the glasses online. He refused to give me the PD and said they would charge $30. Made a comment about kids making those glasses in china and how his technicians needed expensive training. Then gave misinformation about medically necessary contacts. After he realized I wasn’t on the hook for glasses , his demeanor changed and he hurried me out. He must be struggling financially because it really came through.

This place is the best! I had a real emergency and they brought me in immediately. All the other eyecare places in Charlotte advertise emergency services, but do not call you back until days later. This doctor offers practical solutions and genuinely has a desire to help you feel better fast.

Dr Bhat and his stellar staff are the bee’s knees. They are, and always have been so kind, patient and accommodating. While Dr Bhat is knowledgeable & caring with a wonderful sense of humor, his staff is just as amazing. They make sure everything is just right, and the patient care/customer service is like none other. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this eye care facility.

Every member of the staff I had an encounter with were simply amazing. It was my first eye exam in quite some time and went in with complaints of daily headaches. I really feel like the doctor took his time to hear me and help me out the best he could. The woman who helped me picked my style of glasses, I believe her name was Rita, was wonderful and extremely helpful when I had no clue what I would like. I joked with the doctor that the canine employee, Harlow, was the best by far haha even though she napped during my exam. I will definitely recommend this practice to everyone.

I took my daughter here for her first time. Staff was amazing. Dr. Bhat was friendly, professional, informative, and entertaining! My daughter is very shy and quiet, to my surprise, she didn’t feel uncomfortable at all! Thank you for making her first experience comfortable! I've been taking my son to this practice for over a year now. Dr. Bhat and his support staff are very friendly and approachable. Dr. Bhat's knowledge and expertise gave us the confidence to proceed with Ortho-K lenses for Myopia management.
