This is HANDS DOWN, the best dental office I have EVER visited. Gabriella , Lizzie and Dr. Adler were so patient and kind, they didn't make me feel ashamed or judged because of all of the work I need done. They also explained each procedure they were doing or needed to do. The treatment planner (I'm so sorry o forgot her name 😭) gave me a breakdown of an estimated cost of how much my next few visits would cost me based on the procedures I needed done that way there is no surprise when I come and I know approximately what to expect. Now let's talk about the ✨aesthetics✨ I wasn't sure if I had walked into a dental office or a spa! There is fully stocked coffee bar with a multi function coffee and latte maker , as well as fully stocked mini fridge with sparking waters and bottled waters, there is also a whole assortment of cute little snacks to choose from. The office is needles to say GORGEOUS. And I love the new patient surprise gift 🥹 Also can we talk about how sweet Dr. Adler is?!!! She's literally the sweetest dentist I have ever visited and I can't wait for her to get my teeth and overall gum health perfect. ( I have to get through all of the yucky stuff and then Invisalign's here we come!!! ) And their complementary services?!! I spent my 3 hour visit wrapped up in a plush blanket while they worked on my teeth. I cannot wait for my next visit and I'm so glad I decided to trust this office 🥹💕

I absolutely love this practice. I’ve been going here for years and had the best experience today. I came in with some aesthetic concerns that brought me to tears. My dentist Alexa and the dental assistant were so incredibly empathetic, sweet and reassuring. I left feeling so happy and hopeful that I can trust them to fix me up. Also this place is a spa so I get a massaging dentist chair, a neck pillow, essential oils, and more during every visit. Highly recommend this place. It’s the best!

This practice was able to help with an urgent dental issue when I was visiting Richmond from out of town. They gave a clear cost estimate before having me agree to the work. The massaging dental chair took some getting used to, but I wasn't there long at all. They checked in with me every couple of minutes to make sure was doing ok. About as good an experience as one could have under the circumstances.

Such a welcoming office. Offered me a tour as soon as I got called back and made me feel so comfortable for a place that isn’t everyone’s favorite. Was so detailed in just a simple cleaning, I’ve never had service like it. Would highly recommend and are willing to work with you as you may need.

River Run Dental Is Awesome. Dr Brent Rusnak and his staff make you feel right at home. Dental Hygienist Lindsay made my cleaning simply the best. My family and I enjoy going there. I encourage all my family and friends to check them out. Tell them OJ sent you.

I have been coming to this office before it became River Run. Keeps coming back because Dr Brent has always patience and kind with me. I was scared of going to the dentist before. Everyone in the office used to make you feel like they cared not so much now. I was rethinking if I should find someplace else but my Hygienist and dentist brought me back to why I keep coming. Thanks for your kindness and for making me feel comfortable why my mouth is open. Not always a good feeling.

After years of anxiety about going to the dentist I FINALLY found a place that truly cares. They took the time to go over and explain everything throughout my whole visit. They were timely and truly just some of the nicest people. Not to mention the awesome cup they gave me for being a new patient! 5/5 recommend.

This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very calming and great for those who struggle with anxiety in the dental chair. This will definitely be my new office!

Do NOT go here. I had work done here IN network but apparently the doctor they had do the work was NOT in network. I was NEVER told this before or after the work was done. Now my insurance won’t cover any of it bc that specific doctor was not covered by anthem. This is poor practice. They should let you know prior to getting 4k + work done that a specific doctor is not in network. I assumed the entire practice was in network considering they took Anthem at that time. Now they are forcing me to pay the entire bill and taking no responsibility. Been trying to figure this out for the better part of a year but it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone, let alone someone who knows what they’re talking about. Shame.

I am a first time patient and I wasn’t scheduled until February, but I’ve been experiencing some pain in my upper right molar and needed to be seen right away. Needless to say I called today and spoke to Emma to see if I could get a sooner appointment and since there was a cancellation I was able to be seen today. From the professionalism on the phone I knew I made a great choice. Dr. Sinclair and Day were very professional, patient and concerned. They took the time to listen to me and provided me with the best treatment plan to help with my pain. I’m truly glad that I made the decision to select this practice. River Run is hands down is the BEST!
