We stopped in here after we met a couple from Canada on a cruise ship, who recommended we come by when driving 114. SO good! They packed up food to go for us and we’re very reasonable price wise. So happy for the suggestion and will stop here in the future!

My family eats at this restaurant on a regular basis and it is excellent. It is a tiny little place but the food and service is wonderful. We have used Jo for several years to cater our annual Christmas party and she does a wonderful job. People come every year for the food. It is talked about all year long and she never fails to please. If you leave her place hungry it is your own fault. She is such a blessing to everyone who comes within her radius and her food is just Wow!

Mrs. Jo and her incredible Tea Room are truly a Blessing! I have frequented this wonderful eatery as well as enjoyed her catering on numerous occasions and will always come back for more. The friendliness and cleanliness of this quaint little place is worth the drive. You will encounter a blessing at Blessings for sure!

We have been here in Seymour for 10 months and today we decided to try out Jo’s lunch special, chicken pot pie w/salad,homemade garlic bread and chocolate cake. WOW, why did we wait so long to try it! Don’t ask me how much it cost, whatever the price it was a good home cooked meal served hot and quick! We are already waiting to see what she is serving tomorrow!.

Thank goodness I trusted the online reviews for Blessings Tea Room. We were on a road-trip from Fredericksburg TX to Kearney NE. The Blessings location and building kind of threw us, but we pressed on. A customer leaving held the door for us and said to go right in and we'd be well fed-- and we were indeed. We all had the Lunch Special, and it truly was home cooking made with love. Only disappointment was no dessert, but they kindly steered us to a nearby business which had excellent homemade lemon meringue pie. A rare treat in this fast food world.

Sweetest ladies ever!! Stopped through on the way to Oklahoma for my son’s freshman orientation at college. They put a lot of love into their food and their customers - even praying for our safety, family, and my son’s college experience. ❤️

Absolutely Positively Without a Doubt the BEST food in Seymour. Her plate lunches are AMAZING and priced very very fair. Cash only place. Her lunch for today was pork tenderloin atop homemade stuffing smothered with gravy, and sides. All her bread is cooked fresh, soft with light butter and slightly toasted on one side. Sweet tea nice and ice cold. Truly a slice of heaven on Earth! Reviews say it's small.... Well just walk through the screen door like you at your grandma's house. Turn to the right a grab one of the six tables she has and enjoy. Has seating at a big table for 6. Other tables are 2-4 seats. I travel a great amount of time eating here and there. Ms. Jo will be a life long memory for me and the plates of food she prepares. Great job Ms. Jo!

Home cooked meals with love. Seriously. A cute little house converted into a tea room. Amazing chicken salad. Amazing broccoli salad. Amazing pasta salad. Everything is made fresh, the day of. The bread. Homegrown herbs. Everything. All served with love. Everyone is very friendly. You can't go wrong!

I had lunch at Blessings Tea Room and it was a great experience. The chicken and dumplings, green beans, pineapples, and lemon cake were all delicious. The service was great and the food came out very quickly, a great place to eat in Seymour!
