Great guys, they did a fantastic job processing an elk for me. The backstraps where packaged in vacuum sealed, clearly labeled, and packed in dinner sized portions. The front door could use some signage to indicate you have the right building but besides that they did a killer job and would recommend them for all your meat processing needs!
