The
person
that
I
deal
with,
I
like
a
lot.
I
wish
she
did
counseling
also.
But
the
people
that
handle
the
phones
are
a
different
story.
Usually,
if
you
get
someone
that
is
actually
AT
THE
OFFICE,
then
they're
okay,
but
most
of
the
time,
they
have
other
people
answer
from
elsewhere
(their
homes?)
and
therefore
they
don't
know
what's
going
on,
so
if
you
need
help
quickly,
you're
screwed.
Also,
YOU
CAN'T
GET
A
MESSAGE
TO
YOUR
PROVIDER!
If
you
need
them
to
call
you
back
for
whatever
reason,
again,
you
are
screwed.
I
have
tried
everything
-
including
saying
exactly
what
my
provider
has
told
me
to
say,
in
order
to
get
a
message
through
to
her
so
that
she
can
return
my
call,
but
it
just
DOES
NOT
HAPPEN!
No
medical
office
should
treat
it's
patients
this
way,
but
especially
not
THIS
kind
of
doctor's
office!
And
I
also
don't
think
that
you
should
have
to
explain
some
extremely
private
situations
to
phone
personnel
in
order
to
get
your
provider
to
call
you
back
(ESPECIALLY),
when
the
office
personnel
have
no
intention
of
getting
that
message
through
to
your
provider
in
the
first
place.
Now
either
the
provider
is
lying
about
not
getting
my
messages,
or
the
front
desk
employees
are
lying,
but
after
many
experiences,
it
seems
to
me
that
it's
the
front
desk
-
although
they
seem
nice
in
person,
so
it's
very
confusing.
You
also
don't
get
very
much
time
for
a
rather
expensive
visit
and
have
to
cancel
48
hours
in
advance,
as
opposed
to
the
usual
24
with
every
other
office
I
know
of,
to
avoid
paying
a
"no-show"
fee.
Obviously,
making
appointments
for
Mondays
or
Tuesdays
isn't
good
if
you
ever
have
to
cancel
because
you
would
have
to
know
on
Friday
morning
that
you'll
be
sick
or
indisposed
in
some
other
way.
I
don't
know
about
you,
but
as
someone
who
has
many
physical
illnesses,
things
happen
constantly,
on
top
of
one
another,
AND
at
the
very
last
minute,
so
that
can
be
extremely
difficult.
Because
your
visit
is
so
short,
you
can't
be
more
than
a
few
minutes
late
or
you'll
likely
have
to
pay
for
a
"no-show".
Although
the
girl
in
charge
of
billing
is
extremely
patient
and
helpful,
she
has
to
go
along
with
the
office
policy
set
forth
also,
and
as
such,
can
only
do
so
much
to
help
-
and
only
in
some
circumstances,
like
helping
to
straighten
out
problems
Basically
though,
if
it
wasn't
for
my
provider,
they
would
probably
be
getting
2
or
3
stars.
I'm
not
with
the
person
I
started
seeing
(although
he
did
get
me
on
medication
that
helped
a
very
unusual
medical
problem
that
manifests
itself
mentally,
very
quickly),
but
I
really
am
comfortable
with
who
I
see
now
and
every
once
in
a
while,
someone
else
will
handle
something
in
a
great
and
professional
way
that
really
helps
you,
so
I'm
still
there
after
several
years.
