So happy I finally found a practice that cares about my well-being and truly listens. Lauren Burns is wonderful, and my experience with other staff has been great as well. It was smooth making a new patient appt, I was able to do telehealth which is very convenient, and she was right on time to the appointment online. She is very personable and makes you feel at ease. I would recommend this practice over so many others.

The person that I deal with, I like a lot. I wish she did counseling also. But the people that handle the phones are a different story. Usually, if you get someone that is actually AT THE OFFICE, then they're okay, but most of the time, they have other people answer from elsewhere (their homes?) and therefore they don't know what's going on, so if you need help quickly, you're screwed. Also, YOU CAN'T GET A MESSAGE TO YOUR PROVIDER! If you need them to call you back for whatever reason, again, you are screwed. I have tried everything - including saying exactly what my provider has told me to say, in order to get a message through to her so that she can return my call, but it just DOES NOT HAPPEN! No medical office should treat it's patients this way, but especially not THIS kind of doctor's office! And I also don't think that you should have to explain some extremely private situations to phone personnel in order to get your provider to call you back (ESPECIALLY), when the office personnel have no intention of getting that message through to your provider in the first place. Now either the provider is lying about not getting my messages, or the front desk employees are lying, but after many experiences, it seems to me that it's the front desk - although they seem nice in person, so it's very confusing. You also don't get very much time for a rather expensive visit and have to cancel 48 hours in advance, as opposed to the usual 24 with every other office I know of, to avoid paying a "no-show" fee. Obviously, making appointments for Mondays or Tuesdays isn't good if you ever have to cancel because you would have to know on Friday morning that you'll be sick or indisposed in some other way. I don't know about you, but as someone who has many physical illnesses, things happen constantly, on top of one another, AND at the very last minute, so that can be extremely difficult. Because your visit is so short, you can't be more than a few minutes late or you'll likely have to pay for a "no-show". Although the girl in charge of billing is extremely patient and helpful, she has to go along with the office policy set forth also, and as such, can only do so much to help - and only in some circumstances, like helping to straighten out problems Basically though, if it wasn't for my provider, they would probably be getting 2 or 3 stars. I'm not with the person I started seeing (although he did get me on medication that helped a very unusual medical problem that manifests itself mentally, very quickly), but I really am comfortable with who I see now and every once in a while, someone else will handle something in a great and professional way that really helps you, so I'm still there after several years.

As I read the reviews I wonder who they are talking about. Every time I bring my family member we wait and wait and wait. Appointments that are scheduled 3 months in advance with the day, date and Dr name written on the card, mysteriously were the day before. My family member has a 5 minute session. Her entire session prior forgotten about. The Dr could care less. This has been my experience. Unfortunately my family member is older and doesn't want to switch because her fear that medication and insurance will be messes up. -1 star

Nitha Abraham was amazing and my don was so comfortable with her. Scheduling is a breeze. Nothing to complain about and now she’s referring my son to new specialist since she is moving out of state. We are sad but know we’re in great hands!! Staff is wonderful and so pleasant

I have been a patient of Premier Psychiatry for about five or six years now. Dr. Thapar is great & I also adore Lisamarie! She’s extremely friendly, personable & always listening to ensure that I am thriving on my medication. I definitely recommend this practice to anyone, especially people that have never been to a psychiatrist before - you will have nothing to worry about here. ☺️

I've been seeing Dr Lauren Burns for a long time and I always feel better after talking to her. She takes time to talk to me and always listens to what I have to say. She is amazing. I've also seen a different doctor when Lauren was on maternity leave and that doctor was also super nice to me so overall I always had a great experience with Premier Psychiatry

Will Lyman is an incredible therapist and person. I am forever grateful for his intelligence and kindness. I've suffered from depression my entire life, and Will is the first psychiatrist/therapist that was able to take me beyond managing my depression and into healing my brain. I am forever grateful for his passion in helping his patients, far beyond what I even thought possible for my life. I am also grateful for all of the staff for being willing to help me heal. :)

I have been a patient at premiere psychiatry for about 3 years now. They are so helpful and always quick to solve any issues I run into. I have been a patient of Dr. JUUHL for about a year now and he is so awesome. If your looking for a new psychiatrist I would 100% recommend.

Dr. Luca has a very pleasant disposition and is easy to talk with. He's also very supportive during our conversation and helps you see things in a very positive manner. This type of person makes you look forward to the next visit.
