This me and my husband's 1st visit Everyone was pleasant and professional. I was very impressed with Becky (I think that was here name) she refused to give up until she got the images the Dr. requested. The eye glass lady was great and explained everything. Last but definitely not least, the Dr. Dr. McMillan and his assistant were excellent. I felt I received great care and did not feel I was being rushed out. We definitely are going to continue to receive eye care there. s

It was my first time seeing an optometrist in years and I cannot recommend this place enough. The entire staff is friendly from the moment you walk in the door. My visit went so smoothly and the doctor really took his time explaining everything. They also have a large assortment of glasses to choose from. If you’re looking for an optometrist, look no further!

I was in and out within about an hour. Customer service from the front desk staff was top tier 👌. The Dr. was very patient. She answered my bazillion questions without judgement. She also went out of her way to offer me the multiple options for making the best economical/comfortable choice for selecting my contacts. I highly recommend this location!!!

This was my first eye exam with Premier Family Eye Care and the experience was unbelievable! The staff was friendly and Dr. McPheron did a thorough exam unlike anything I've ever had. I highly recommend this place for your eye care needs!

Excellent, caring service. Everyone from the front desk staff to our nurse to Dr. Mack was reassuring, friendly and professional. I have not been a patient and called with a possible emergency. They worked me in the day I called and made me feel welcome immediately. Thankfully, I am fine. And we have found our family eye doctor going forward!

Premier Family Eye Care was clean, the receptionist were friendly and the care team seem genuine to my needs. I was comfortable at my appointment. The doctor gave me more insight to what’s happening with my eyes/vision. I will most definitely retire with my follow ups.

We have been a patient here for a few years for my son and now daughter. The doctors and staff are so kind and personable and take the time to provide thorough detailed exams. My son started wearing glasses at 2 and Dr Mack made sure we were all comfortable with his prescription needs and addressed questions. Communication with the office and staff is great. I highly recommend this office for all family vision needs.

My appointment was late in the day and I'm sure everyone had to be tired, but everyone there acted like it was first thing in the morning. They were all energetic, friendly and enthusiastic about the care they were providing. So refreshing to be treated like they care about you as a person and patient. Greatly appreciated!

In a day and age where customer service is more lackluster than ever, Premier Family Eye Care is a diamond in the rough. Dr. Mack is extremely interested in the well being of his patients. I’ve had some difficult issues with my eyes, over the last year, and he has been wonderful. The other doctor on staff today looked at me with Dr. Mack. It was awesome to have them work together to come up with a plan for me. I was just so impressed. You get to talk to real people when you phone in… people who provide excellent customer service.
