Skyline Apartments is a really great choice to live! It's an easy walk to the subway station, and it is close to the grocery store. Mike is really great. He does an amazing job at making sure the residents and the building are well taken care of. He is very approachable and easy to communicate. Really recommend this place to Temple students!

Skyline is a great place to to be at for your semester. Spacious apartment and whenever you have any issue it’s immediately resorted. Also, they have their own parking garage. Mike, who is basically a manager, is a very welcoming person who really helped me transition into this apartment complex. He is very welcoming and kind. Works hard to get tasks done and is a easy person to talk to and get to know. Other then that it’s a nice place, people are nice and quite, the view is amazing, and it’s worth it especially if you already have a roommate in mind. Much more can be said but that’s what I find important. 4/5 for me only because I have been here for a year and I don’t believe in 5/5’s

This is a great place for Temple University students to live! As a parent, I knew my daughter was safe and in good hands. I slept better at night knowing that my daughter was living in an apartment with high levels of security. The manager, Mike, was always around to assist with anything and everything that I needed. When my daughter was ill, Mike checked up on her. When I needed packages delivered and other assistance, Mike was there for us. My daughter has met some of her closest friends at Skyline apartments. The facilities are clean; the amenities are good; Mike is amazing!

I'm an exchange student and I have stayed for 4 months in my apartment, so them offering a short-term lease was a great thing to start with, because it took me a while to find that. I genuinely enjoyed my stay overall. the management, specially Precious, was very helpful in anything I needed. I honestly felt safe living in such a building as there are cameras near the front door of the building and you can only enter or use the elevators using key fobs. the fact that they can also provide you with keys to your own room is also a plus. The roof lounge is something else, a great place for a fresh breath and a good view. if I'm staying here for longer. I would definitely stay in skyline apartments!

I'm an exchange student from South Korea and many South Koreans who went to Temple have already recommended this apartment saying that it is a great one in terms of price, location, facility etc. Living here for about 3 months, I believe this place is beyond expectation. I especially loved spacious living room and the kitchen with large refrigerator. If I were a permanent student at Temple, I would definitely stay here for all of my semesters. No need to look at other places!!! The picture is taken from the rooftop lounge of the building --> great place to see Philadelphia and get some sunshine :)

My time at Skyline was amazing. Each room is fully furnished and there are plenty of amenities throughout the building. Mike was extremely helpful from the moment I signed my lease and when I moved out. He answers any questions and/or concerns you may have in a matter of seconds, he’s an overall great person. His dedication to his tenants says a lot about his role as a manager and I’m sure that anyone who has lived in Skyline or plans on living there will agree. I’d recommend Skyline Apartments to any student who’s looking for a place that’s close to campus, you won’t regret it! P.S. I highly recommend going up to the rooftop at night to look at the city, the view is beautiful 🤩

Perfect location to the store, the subway and for Temple students. Parking is great there as well. The manager (Mike) is amazing and fixes things really quick and always responds in a timely manner! He truly cares about taking care of his tenants! The rooftop has an incredible view. It is also an extremely safe building! 100/10 would recommend Skyline Apartments as I have spent a year there!

My experience at Skyline with Mike and his team was wonderful. The staff was pleasant and very easy to work with. During my time there I needed a tool to fix my bicycle and the maintenance man, Dominic, lended me his tool. My first time living on my own was made enjoyable because of this team. I originally choose Skyline over other properties because of its security, bicycle garage, and rooftop patio. My security deposit was returned in a timely manner and monthly payments were made easy through a secure 3rd party payment portal. I am proud to say I was a resident of Skyline.

I lived at skyline apartments for one semester and it was probably the best off campus apartment I have had in my five years at Temple. Although it’s on the higher end in terms of budget the inclusion of the furniture and utilities was definitely a plus. Mike who is the property manager is the nicest and most attentive manager I have ever had. Most landlords are really hard to work with, but mike was so kind and helpful! If you are looking for a short term lease I would 100% recommend.

This apartment is really great. It is not only clean, but it came with all the furniture I needed, which was very helpful. I had a lot of questions about the move-in process, but managers really helped me a lot. Even after moving in, the staff is very nice and always takes care of packages and other things that arrive from Amazon. If you have any problems in this residence, you can contact them and they will immediately fix the problem, which is very rare in this country, and they are also very responsive! I am proud of myself for choosing this apartment in the past, as I can prove that I actually extended my contract with this apartment!
