Low-balled me for a brand new reel other then that overall nice shop with a lot of guns

My husband and I had visited the pawn shop during Christmas. We quickly seen that the store was clean and well organized. Tricia quickly greeted us when we came through the doors and offered her assistance. She was very professional with a kind and helpful manner. With our whole experience, we will be returning. While they do have many things a person may want or need. I myself Saw many things that I want. But unfortunately I wanted to give three stars because they didn't have what I needed. Customer service was great, Respectful, informative and I will return. So four Stars given. It would have been five, but policy on not accepting computer towers without a monitor left my wallet thinner. So I couldn't shop for what I would have bought.

Honestly my favorite pawn shop in Texas. Always ready to help me and my wife every time we come in and knows exactly what case I’m going to. Layaway is great for the firearms I place on there and pricing is right on point for me.
