Nicole is awesome! She did the walk through with me and helped us every step of the way. Repairs, move in prep, and dates. We couldn't have asked for a nicer lady! She is so sweet!

Just getting settled in but the process of renting at this lovely community has been by far the fastest and most pleasant! Nicole is awesome and just the sweetest thing! She kept in touch throughout the entire process and was willing to assist at all times! I just know I’m going to love it here!

I had been looking for an apartment and I finally I went to the Estrella. Nicole was very kind to show me an apartment that just became available. She was very helpful and did everything she could to get me n my family into the apartment. I had looked at other apartment complexes and Nicole was the kindness person. She was the only one who was willing to stay and wait for me to get off work to look at the apartment. For that I am very thankful. Now my family and I have a great apartment. I'm looking forward to a long stay with Estrella Park Apt.

It is very exhausting and moving was not easy. But thank Jesus for the help also from a couple there. Few people will approach if we needed help. Friendly people so far. Yes happy with the move, the draw back is not enough cabinets but I'll be getting my buffet as I'll get my dining room clear. I love the bedrooms, etc. Some things needs to be fixed but no problem. No photo yet for now. Thank you Oh yes, Roxy and Brianna are the sweetess. Bless blessed

Nice apartments but rent is high to just have a view of a pool cause its was barley open all summer and now its already winter..🙄

The staff is extremely caring and always willing to go out of their way to help get you into an apartment. Extremely sincere and devoted staff. They have done so much for me it will take my lifetime to repay their kindness. The apartment is beautiful and they made it extra safe for me as well. There are no words to describe how truly amazing this staff and complex is. I recommend them to any and everyone wanting a beautiful place to live with an awesome office team.

We moved to Victoria from another city and hadn't seen the property in person. The previous manager - who I had been talking back and forth with for several months in preparation of moving - assured me my unit was ready days before my move. I arrived the same day as the new manager and was heartbroken to find the unit my kids and I were so excited about was far from ready. The new manager and her team jumped right in and made everything right from the jump. Bless their hearts, there were so many things that they walked into upon taking over this property, but they never once were anything but kind and helpful and reassuring to this single mom and her kids who had already been through so, so much. The issues we encountered upon move in were genuinely not the fault of the new management team, but that didn't keep them from stepping up and making it all how it should be. I'm a person who values authenticity in others and Roxy and her team are incredible!! (I know this sounds cliche, but I'm a writer, so forgive my cheesy-ness, but...) it really has been a "Better World" since we moved in here at Estrella Park!! I couldn't appreciate the staff more. Side note: My neighbors are pretty great, too!! Everyone I have interacted with here has been friendly. :)

Moving here was probably the greatest experience that I have had. I was homeless with my child for 3 months and the ladies in the office did not stop until I was approved and moved in. My son loves it here. I love it here. It’s quiet and everyone is friendly and the staff is amazing! 🤎

Nicole and Miss Roxy have been a great help and I have not moved in yet but I am excited to move in I just want to say thank you to them and they have been been amazing I'm going through a hard situation right now and Nicole has been very understanding to the point where I sat in front of her and cried she has told me not to worry that she's going to work everything out so fingers crossed I get to move into this beautiful place

We have lived in this apartment for 3 months and have not been able to wash clothes due to issues with the plumbing and have had multiple flooding episodes in our kitchen and living room. It is like pulling teeth to get someone to call you back or even answer a text message. I was told I would be updated on the progress with getting our water issue fixed and I haven’t heard from anyone in over a week. I was also told we would be compensated for having to go to the washateria instead of being able to do laundry at home and have yet to see anything come of that. I would not recommend this complex to anyone and will be moving out as soon as humanly possible. They also did not warn us about when they were going to be painting the apartment above us in the middle of the night and the fumes were so bad I had to drive my son to my moms 30 minutes away for fear the fumes would make him sick. It was so bad it was causing my husband and I to get a headache and make our eyes water. I feel we should have been notified in advance so we could plan for him and us not being there. And today our garbage disposal stopped working, I will be putting a work order in but I’m not holding out much hope for a quick resolution. The only nice thing I can say is that when I do actually get to speak to the property manager, she is always polite. The reason we chose this apartment was because we could bring our washer and dryer. I have a potty training toddler that still has lots of accidents and no way to wash underwear and bedding because of this.
