Absolutley the most helpful for my small business! They help me understand terminology, educated me when I didnt understand, were more then patient with me when I was frustrated and helped me find everything I needed at the last second when an inspector wanted something unexpected. They bent over backwards to help me get my cafe up and running. I couldn't be more grateful for the entire team at this store. A+ team.

Discrimination. Required me to stay outside in the cold rain because I don't wear a mask, which I have a medical exemption. Waiting while others were served in side, I was left in the rain. Some might say it was the the back of the bus policy. Edit: if the concerns are with the health of others mine was ignored. While most masks do to prevent the spread of a virus as small at the covid 19. Do your research, in addition N95 mask are not perfect but the best we have that protect the wearer and does not cause discrimination. If someone is concerned there are ways to protect yourself. Don't make others limit their health because concerned individuals won't protect themselves.

Very poor attitude. Would appreciate to have customer service that seems happy to help preferably like the Kent branch. Still love platt.
