I
am
very
disheartened
to
be
writing
this
review.
I
have
been
going
to
this
office
for
nearly
a
year
and
have
really
liked
my
doctor.
She
is
very
knowledgeable
and
very
pleasant
to
work
with.
Over
the
last
3
months,
I
have
had
an
eye
problem
that
initially
had
an
improvement,
but
we
have
struggled
to
get
it
100%
under
control.
I
don't
know
that
the
problem
is
and
she
seems
to
have
hopes
of
getting
it
fixed,
but
after
3
months,
I
now
have
my
doubts.
This
condition
has
been
very
stressful
to
say
the
least,
but
I
have
been
dealing
with
it
the
best
I
can.
Every
day
that
I
still
have
it,
I
get
more
and
more
frustrated
and
feel
more
and
more
hopeless
of
ever
being
fully
healed.
My
biggest
pet
peeve
is
when
my
time
is
wasted.
Nearly
every
single
time
I
go
to
this
office,
I
have
had
a
ridiculously
long
wait.
I
understand
that
sometimes
appointments
may
go
longer,
no
problem.
But
this
shouldn't
be
a
regular
occurrence.
We
only
have
24
hours
in
a
day.
8
of
those
we
sleep.
9
of
those
we
work
if
you
include
the
hour
lunch.
That
leaves
us
with
7
hours
to
do
other
things.
There
were
other
issues
with
the
office
itself,
but
I
looked
past
them
because
I
really
like
my
doctor.
The
final
straw
was
when
I
had
a
10:45
appointment
and
the
doctor
still
hadn't
seen
me
at
11:50.
This
is
a
now
a
complete
abuse
of
my
time
and
is
not
okay
with
me.
While
not
all
waits
have
been
this
long,
some
have
come
close.
I
feel
my
time
isn't
valued
and
when
I
have
an
appointment
at
a
set
time,
it
should
start
timely.
I
can
respect
some
delays
as-is
a
normal
medical
process.
But
I
shouldn't
be
waiting
for
an
hour
and
then
have
my
appointment
on
top
of
it.
Then
I
have
my
commute
time
too.
So
if
you
factor
in
a
total
of
2
hours
estimated,
that
is
29%
of
my
free
time
being
thrown
away
and
is
not
okay
with
me.
Many
probably
only
come
once
a
year
for
an
eye
exam
and
its
no
big
deal
if
they
are
late
once
a
year.
But
since
I
come
regularly,
I
do
take
notice
and
it
is
very
obvious
how
I
often
have
to
sit
and
wait.
I
am
giving
2
stars
only
because
I
DO
like
the
doctor
and
she
did
have
the
courtesy
to
call
and
personally
apologize.
I
can't
give
any
more
than
that
due
to
the
ongoing
issues
with
timeliness,
the
problems
I've
had
with
the
office
itself,
and
the
fact
that
my
eye
still
hasn't
healed
in
more
than
3
months.
The
healing
may
not
be
their
fault,
but
after
3
months,
anyone
would
feel
hopeless
at
this
point.
Lastly,
I'm
pretty
sure
they
double
or
triple
book
their
time
slots
with
only
2
doctors
on
staff.
In
fact,
I
have
never
seen
the
owner/other
doctor.
For
that
reason,
I
get
the
feeling
the
owner
values
profit
over
patients.
Money
is
great
and
I
respect
what
it
takes
to
run
a
business.
But
at
the
end
of
the
day,
I
need
a
business
that
values
people
and
their
time
just
as
much
as
they
value
their
profits.
