Located in old town spring, this place is surrounded by Victorian style homes turned into shops. Popps is also one of those. We went in search of good ice cream and it didn’t disappoint. We ordered salt caramel milk shake. My kids ordered shaved ice of different flavours. Cola was winner, key lime is passable. Also I tasted the popcorn and they had some really good flavour. Liked the Cajun one. If you are in old town, this will definitely need a stop by for cooling.

They have a great variety of popcorn and ice cream. This is a nice place to find a snack or treat. Everything was affordable.

Cute little store. The have homemade popcorn, Pop corn seasoning, Fresh local honey, and the best milk shakes. This was a huge hit with the kids.we will be repeat customers

My sister was in town visiting me and we went exploring Old Town Spring. We passed by Popps and she wanted a cool treat from here. Now I am not as big on ice cream, but I enjoy some good popcorn. So, when I saw that they had jalapeño popcorn I was excited to try it. While I was asking for this popcorn the lady that was helping me asked if I had tried the loaded potato popcorn. One taste of this popcorn and now I will have to continue to come back for it, please don't stop selling this flavor! We had a great time sitting and chatting in a clean and friendly environment while enjoying our treats.

Come for the popcorn, stay for the shakes! Excellent selection of popcorn, especially for gifts. They also have excellent shakes, exactly like the photos on the menu. Very nice and polite staff as well. If you are in old town spring, this is an excellent spot to stop while browsing.

Sooo glad I found POPPS PARLOR on a google search!! I brought my granddaughter here for an after school treat and we loved everything about it. She can't stop talking about how good the milkshake and cotton candy was. Upon entering everyone was very welcoming and very attentive. The aroma of the freshly popped popcorn will catch your attention upon entry. They have many flavors and even let you sample before purchase. And before I forget, the apple cinnamon cookie just melts in your mouth!! Keep being great guys!!

We love Popps!!! We have the refillable bucket and love the popcorn options!! We can’t ever choose just one so it’s nice they can divide it in 2 or 3. Their ice cream/float/specialty drink selection is also amazing. I tried dole whip today for the first time and it was a perfect refreshing treat on this 100+ degree day!!

They are awesome! My husband and I go every time we are near Spring to refill our Amish microwave popcorn supply. They have always made a fresh batch of popcorn for us as my husband just loves the plain butter popcorn. We have always received great service and the product is always wonderful. We even enjoyed the ice cream after our dinner on our last visit. The caramel was to die for! We look forward to them possibly expanding to additional locations!

My family and I visited this shop a few weeks ago and I absolutely love the store, the staff and especially the owners. The staff was friendly with our busy little ones, patient as they explained the various flavors to my wife (a real popcorn fanatic) and, when I made a mistake and left an important item, the owner truly went above and beyond in a manner that absolutely made my week - an extension of the fantastic service, hospitality, and warmth that we experienced at their fantastic shop. 10/10
