Understand these bad reviews. People do not seem to get the dynamic between your insurance and these DME vendors. There is little profit and everything including your equipment and how it's fixed is controlled by your insurance (auth). Geisinger is especially frugal in what they allow, they are just about the worst insurance for people with mobility needs. Others like Highmark BCBS and Medicare are much better. So when you blame this company you really need to understand the issue. I've used them since 2013 and my service and sales was great. However everything was out of pocket. Had I used Geisinger only I would have had inadequate equipment. Geisinger is also using a company named Tomorrow Health to further reduce it's expense for DME. This company is awful for individuals who unique needs like paras and quads. Even the folks at GHP do not like them but they have a relationship with executive leadership so they get the contract. Consumers need to understand these dynamics before taking your frustrations out on one of the few companies who provide these services. Again there is almost no profit others you would see a Geisinger DME vendor. I will continue to use SVM as my choice provider. I also now have better insurance through Highmark.

I got a jazzy chair from them. I've had issues from the beginning. I can't really walk. It my means of getting around town. Have had battery replaced and charge it every night but can't go far it dies. Wheels knock. Today I went a total of probably 6 blocks battery went to one red almost got hit crossing street because it barley had any speed. The mail man saw me and had to push me half the way home. My chair is a LEMON.!!! IT SHOULD BE REPLACED AT NO COST!!!!! NOT VERY HAPPY.

This company is terrible, I wish I could give them no stars. We have been put off for almost 5 months for tires, my son is wheelchair bound and those tires are needed to get around as he is very active. We get nothing but lies and the run around. To get his wheelchair serviced or to get parts is extremely difficult. I would not recommend this company at all. Dawn who answers the phone is terrible and does not do her job. She is very unprofessional and actually hung the phone up on my husband. We will be going to local news company this is ridiculous.

Consistently unresponsive to service inquiries. Frequently I've left voicemail messages for the wheelchair service department that have gone completely unanswered. The staff is friendly and generally helpful when you can get someone on the phone, but that seems always to be a challenge.

I have been going to Susquehanna valley mobility for more than 20 years. I only have Medicaid and Medicare. When I first started working with them I had Medicaid only. It took time but they got me the wheelchair I needed. The insurance holds things up but they keep assuring me that they can do it. They get the job done just give them time to work with the insurance. They know what they're doing and how to do it. They will get you in the right wheelchair.

If you at all can, run away from this company as fast as you can. They do not listen to customers, Roy will constantly speak over top of you and especially refuse to listen. They'll tell you different things on different days. One day you just need this for that the next you need something else. You nevet get a straight answer. They rarely call you back. They mess up so much but refuse to admit any wrong doing, even when blatantly messing up people's aids. They don't even know much about their own products. Genuinely my experience with them has been nothing but them messing up things, half doing things, amd trying desperately to get them to communicate with me. I'm so tired of fighting with them just so I can have my mobility.

I have a lift chair ( still under warranty) that stopped working. I was told multiple times over an approximately month and a halves time that they were just waiting for the part. I found out today that the part was just ordered lest than a week ago.

Can’t imagine how this company earned 3 stars. They will not return your phone call. The handicapped are screwed in this area.

I am extremely satisfied with my interactions with Susquehanna Mobility. I received a lift chair from them after I had open heart surgery. They delivered and had it set up before I was even home from the hospital. When my chair was malfunctioning, I found out it was a common issue so Golden provided the parts under warranty and Kyle came to the house and repaired it. I understand other's frustrations with service, however people need to realize this is a small company with tons of clients. I am happy knowing I am supporting a local business and will sacrifice a timely repair for quality. I recommend giving them a try.
