Heading on a road trip to Florida, and my AC doesn’t work. As with everything, I waited till the last minute and called around in Oconomowoc. No one was able to get me in, except for Andy. Everything was amazing, the east of the call, getting an appointment ASAP, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue same day (even offered a car loaner). Amazing price and charged only for the broken things. I really can’t say enough good things. Thanks so much Andy!!!!!!

Needed a simple emissions test for WI DOT. Andy was very friendly on the phone, and Jonathan got me in and out quickly. Much appreciated guys! It's been a few years since my truck was at their (old) place, but I'd got back in a second if needed.

Will be coming here again when the family mechanic is all booked up. It's always good to have a backup. Good work and a good price. Once they had my part, I had it the same day. As stated, Will do it again

Service is great. They are very knowledgeable there, listen to your entire issue with your vehicle, give you their thoughts and a plan on how to figure out the issue and tackle it. Prices on the few repairs I had done were cheaper than 6 of the other local shops and they were able to squeeze us in much sooner than the rest even though their parking lot was full of customers vehicles. Definitely recommend.

I pulled in to HIS Auto with no appointment hoping they could help me with an emissions test. I was greeted with a friendly smile and was told "absolutely"! In total I was there less than 10 minutes. I am very appreciative of their efficient service. If I need car repairs in the future I will go back to them.

I came to Andy and his team with a blown head gasket after going to another place that did things wrong to partially cause it. Andy and his team took their time and did things right.
