I had a great experience today at the Beauty Institute. I walked in and was greeted right away and signed the form. After a few minutes I was met my stylist. She listened to me and had her instructor go over my hair color choices and what would look better for me. (This was important because my hair is purple and I need root touch ups to get it back to my normal color) We also talked about the cut and how I wanted to cut off 1 1/2 inches in layers. Ahsarah was wonderful. She did a great job with the color and cut. When I told her I’d like curls, she put beautiful curls and an awesome style. I love my hair! Thank you.

I am very impressed with Tyanna's ability to transform my hair with total gray coverage and even color throughout. She works efficiently and is focused on her craft as well. I like that she periodically checks on my comfort level while maintaining a fluid conversation throughout the entire process.

I had a fantastic experience with Abeianna! She did an excellent job on my hair – the shampoo, conditioning, and deep conditioning were all top-notch. My hair was styled beautifully, and it feels incredibly silky smooth. The entire process was efficiently completed in just 2 hours, which is perfect for my schedule. I'm definitely looking forward to visiting again!

Enjoyed the camaraderie of the group. My grandson enjoyed the experience as well. Very pleased with the result of my nails. Looking forward to more sessions & trying the other services available for hair & face. Another Wednesday: Tieryn recruited Raquel, Kaylana & I to have nail extensions done. OMG! It’s my first time to have my nails done with extensions. Didn’t realize how involved the procedure is! No wonder it cost so much. I won’t need to have my nails done for a month or more.

Alex was extremely pleasant and very personable. She is a great conversationalist and had me laughing through the process. I think she will be great in her profession and I wish her much success. I highly recommend her for hair services.

Milena has a very confident touch which comes through both in gentle or more firm movements during the facial. I appreciate her comments on what will be happening next so I can anticipate something cold or warm or a mist that will be sprayed. The whole experience is very relaxing and I love the way my skin feels afterward. Milena is also very willing to share her knowledge of the products and physiology of the skin. ( I am a very inquisitive person). So basically, I love Milena and the whole facial experience.

My first facial ever and I loved it. It was so relaxing my face feels so clean and hydrated. Feels like a weight was lifted off my face that I never realized was there. Highly recommend !

Miss.Jessie is horrible! Her attitude is off the roof! They gang up together and kick people out that don’t LET them be disrespectful towards them. Most of these reviews are fake! So many people are having a horrible experience. They hold your material and waste your time. Would not recommend.

I’m getting gray all over my head and I wanted to cover the gray. I was a little nervous about the process, but Jasmine walked me through everything and assured me it would be alright. She made me feel very comfortable. I love it! My hair hasn’t looked this good in years.
