Love this lake. We went down to the marina to do some kayaking and paddle boarding and I gotta say I had the time of my life. Took the whole family down to do this and the prices weren’t half bad. I would recommend getting some ice cream from the fridge. Good on a hot summer day.

We worked with Peter to find and purchase a used (but practically new) boat. Peter stayed in contact with me when options were available and it allowed me to find a boat that is exactly what I wanted. We looked at new options in our price range as well, but kept coming back the 2018 Bennington 23 RSFB with a 300 yahama on it as our best option. I have been servicing my older Bennington with LKN Marina for a few years and new that i wanted to give my business to them when i bought a boat. We looked at other bands around the LKN area, but Bennington just has the best product on the market. The fit and finish of the Bennington brand is just what our family wanted and needed. I recently bought a Bennington Ponton Boat from Palmer at Lake Norman Marina and the service from initial communication, through and post sales has been great. Love my new boat and the entire experience purchasing was Top Rate. Palmer was very informative without being pushy, was able to get me exactly what I wanted at the price I was looking for. I had been looking at a Large Retailer that “also sales boats” in their Parking lot and i had problems getting sales person to return my emails, calls and seeming to care about what I wanted. The interaction of going to Lake Norman Marina and working with Palmer was extremely positive and made me realize I should have been going to a Marina from day one. Also had a great experience with Jason from Finance and the gentleman that delivered my new Boat to Lake Wiley and went over everything with me.

Outstanding experience buying a pre owned Cobalt R7 from Lake Norman Marina. This was a first class experience from beginning to end. Palmer was an extremely attentive and knowledgeable sales rep and very, very responsive via text, email, and phone before, during, most importantly, after the sale. Jason in finance was top notch as well, and David’s expertise during the sea trial was greatly appreciated. The most notable thing I can say about the LNM experience was that as I shook Palmer’s hand to make the 5 hour trip back to Virginia, he stated if any issues came up with the boat they would take care of it and at this price point they were not going to send me out of the door with a “ you are on your own” handshake. Well I can emphatically state LNM made good on their promise when we had some issues come up on the first weekend. Palmer and Randall, the service manager, coordinated to get the boat picked up the next day—10–hour round trip, repaired and sea trialed, and returned to me within a week, another 10 hour round trip, all FREE OF CHARGE. So when I say that Lake Norman Marina is a first class operation from A-Z, I really mean it. To all of the professionals at this establishment, my family and I say thank you!!
