If I could give a zero star I would. The staff is dishonest and lie to cover up how bad and lazy they are. Refilling prescription is a nightmare. The office manager and her employee Rey took two months to send in paperwork I paid for and requested twice. I almost got my disability insurance claim canceled because of their poor care. Don't go here unless you need a headache. They treat you like you are at the DMV. Yuck all around, horrible experience.

My girlfriend had a horrible experience with the office staff. She arrived at 10am for her appointment and was told it was at 1:40pm. Which was wrong. The receptionist was wrong and didn't not check with anyone else. She said she asked someone but she didn't. Dr. Diaz was also disappointing for not listening to his patients concerns and being quick to dismiss them. They're customer service is below one star.

I love Dr. Duong! He keeps things real. I got my blood work back and discovered that I’m allergic to 3 of my favorite foods: cow’s milk, shrimp, and peanuts. He told me to take the results as a grain of salt because there are varying levels of allergic reactions, and mine (to those foods) is like minor. But honestly I’ve mostly cut out those foods from my diet and I’ve had no regrets. I appreciated his honesty, but I also wanted to take better care of my health, so I’ve been going non dairy milks, consuming sheep’s milk or goat’s milk cheeses, sticking to salmon (instead of shrimp), and sticking to dark chocolate covered pistachios (everything else had milk or peanuts in it 😭)

Another great experience at Primary Medical. Dr Douong and staff are always thorough, kind and detail oriented. Dr D does a great job listening and advising best course of treatment for any ailments. I have referred several family members to him who are also very happy with their care.

The staff at Primary Medical Group are friendly, helpful, and on time. Dr. Victor Duong is working on my behalf to insure my well being. He has taken every step to diagnose and treat my ailments, referring me to specialists as needed. I have total confidence in him and the practice. I highly recommend Primary Medical Group and Dr. Duong.

I made an appointment today at 9:00 I arrived at my 9am. I watch everyone before I arrived be seen. At 9:40 a man was seen for his 9:50 appointment. I ask when I would be seen, i was told my appointment was for 9:20am, and I would have to wait further. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. Never had such unprofessional interactions.

I was quite impressed with you him to be a young doctor his wisdom surpasses his age. Without a doubt I will assure you he will be one of the greatest physicians to lead his generation his concern for his patients , as well as his philosophy that he works for the patient is extraordinary in today’s medical world. I’m extremely impressed as a new patient to this facility and I find this young doctor to be impeccable.

It was my first time. I am very happy with Dr Ruelas. I felt very comfortable with him i went a little overboard with more than one issue. I have an appointment in two weeks. I hope he stays with pmg for a long time. I recommend him to anyone.
