I had a Dark Crystal movie poster rolled up in my closet since 1982. It was given to my son when he was four years old and is signed by Jim Henson. Later it was also signed by Brian and Wendy Froud, the Dark Crystal costume designer and his wife who sculpted Jenn and Kira. My son is now 43, and over the many years it was kind of the family joke whenever anyone asked about its whereabouts. This Christmas I decided to have it framed as a present to my son...and to dispel any doubts that it still existed :) I showed up at Frame Central a few days before Christmas and without any scolding about "why I didn't come earlier," they helped me design a custom frame with a mat and said that it would be ready by Christmas Eve! And it was! They did a beautiful job, and needless to say, it made a huge impression on my son when he opened it Christmas morning! The folks at Frame Central in Tigard are calm and kind and very good at their job! We'll love looking at this for many, many years to come!

Welcoming at first. Helpful with the 2 items I needed framed. Showed me the various options and prices. Even got me a bundled discount on one of them which was cool! Took the amount of time they said it would. Stuff looked great when I picked it up. Will def be doing back if I ever have more to have framed.

Husband was dropping off shirts at cleaners and I wanted to go to Target to buy a tabletop frame. I saw this place nearby and dropped in to see if I could get one here instead. I was greeted right away and then I did find a nice frame. The clerk inspected the frame for me and proceeded to cut a new pane of glass so it was fresh and clean! So kind! They also had a lot of print swatches to explain different types of paper/metal/canvas which was helpful even though I didn’t use the print service (yet). They seem to know what they’re doing! Probably can’t get that kind of service at a Target lol.

Foster and the team at FC always do an amazing job, even when I'm not sure what I want. They know their products and have a wide variety to suggest, if they don't have what you're looking for they will create it with what's on hand. Thank you for framing this latest piece of my ancestors on metal. 👍🏿

Frame Central did a fantastic job framing and matting my artwork. I will definitely use them again. 3 stars due to time to get work completed; on drop-off I wad informed would be 2 weeks and I would be informed once ready for pickup. Took almost 1 month; never received call or email regarding completion.

Really fantastic place. Don't let the fact Frame Central is a franchise deter you - the folks at this location are top notch. Really excellent customer service. They took the time and energy to chat with us about three huge pieces we brought in (and one smaller one). They gave fantastic suggestions for frames that would really highlight our photos, and they took great care throughout the entire process. Our framed pieces look gorgeous. They even offered us free delivery since the framed images were so large that we couldn't easily fit them into our car (their driver is also wonderful and was so friendly and helpful). We will absolutely be bringing any of our other pieces we need framed to this shop in the future. Really happy with our whole experience.

I love Frame Central! Their work is outstanding. I've worked with Foster, and he is a master at his craft. He has extensive knowledge of his products, and a wonderful eye for bringing out the best in whatever he is framing. I highly recommend Frame Central!

I had a couple of reprint paintings I needed to get stretched and asked my sister-in-law for recommendations as she had a lot of art work in her house. She suggested Frame Central in Tigard. She brought all her paintings in there to get stretched or framed and told me they were nice, professional and very reasonable with their prices. I thought this was great because they were local and I was all about supporting local businesses (as opposed to going to places like Michaels). Being my first time, I had no idea what to expect for prices to stretch a painting. I trusted her recommendation and came in to Frame Central in Tigard. Joe took my order and he told me my paintings would be ready in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I came in to pick them up. I was quite shocked at the price tag, but because I didn't know any better I went ahead a payed for the service. I showed my sister-in-law the receipt and her jaw dropped through the floor. She told me they took advantage of my being a first-time customer and that they overcharged me way over what it should cost to stretch a painting and she also let me know how shocked and embarrassed she felt for recommending this place to me. So, now I have these 2 lovely paintings hung up on my wall, but from learning what this particular business and what these people are capable of, especially for a first time customer, I have taken my art project endeavors elsewhere. Sadly this is what I get for supporting a local business. This is my receipt that I showed to my sister-in-law.

Very professional and courteous. They did a beautiful job on a watercolor painting of the Grand Canyon that has been passed down a few generations. So grateful. Will definitely use them for future projects.

I asked them to frame this piece, it took about 2 months for them to finish but with everything considered, it came back beautifully. Really happy with the results and the customer service was really accommodating, patient, and just as excited as I was.
