Update: Goodwill never got back to my sister as they claimed they would. *** My sister who is disabled was in a three month job training program. After riding the bus for two hours to work, she was called in by management right before Christmas after two months and let go immediately. The reason was for sorting bins too slowly despite having ZERO training. During her time there she was yelled at by staff and given no guidance. She was forced to sign a letter of voluntary resignation they said to 'protect herself'. They would not let her at least finish the day. She is older and has a very serious medical condition. It took her 4 hours round trip to get to work each day, and sometimes she'd ride Uber just to get there on time when buses were not operating as frequently on weekends. Goodwill Is supposed to give folks like my sister a chance in life. I am greatly disappointed by their hypocrisy and lack of compassion for those they claim to support.

First time at this location yesterday. While GW has become an incredibly greedy generally, this store is the most ridiculous I have visited. The experience was bizarre. It is one of the ugliest, dirtiest Goodwills and easily the MOST outrageously priced. This is a used items store. Why would I pay outlandish prices and even full price when I can get new stuff? I hope goodwill goes broke. I really do. They pretend they are some sort of charity organization when in fact they are a multimillion dollar corporation that now abuses low income people just because they cannot handle that other people (resellers) or simply creative people online get a great deal. They decided that they need to be the ones making the money. Greed, greed, greed. They have completely lost the plot... the thrill of a second hand store is finding that great deal! People who go to goodwill weather is truly people that cannot afford anything else, resellers, or thrift hunters are not there for those prices. So truly, I am not sure who will eventually be their costumer base. I am sure they feel great when all of that non purchased stuff ends up in the landfills. Awesome.

My thinking of goodwill is that it’s a store that is affordable to go to when you don’t want to buy the actual retail price or maybe can’t afford to. It’s a second hand store. But these prices are just ridiculously too high. They should be selling the stuff for less so that 1. people can afford it (b/c) it’s used 2. So it doesn’t accumulate clutter in the store!

Nice parking lot. Good location, also next to another thrift shop. Organized. Kind staff.

I go there often, and I am thankful that mostly they are helpful. But, there is the ONE lady there, with very short hair to match her short temperament. I originally described her but something in me came back to this review and edited it out. I don’t want to cause harm to anyone. There are have been a few times, I've had to interact with her at the register or ask for assistance. She acts like your bothering her when you ask for something. I have never done anything to her, so I'm basing this on that perhaps that is just how she is. So, based on those interactions, she is not good with customers and if she is like those workers that don't like helping people (her job--at the counter or wherever in the from the store)--but, still have to work with the public, then she needs to be left in the back of the store where they process the donations--no or very little interraction with the public. I waited patiently for my turn to look at jewelry. When she finally came to me, she was short--then another customer came up and she was pulling out jewelry stands for that person right next to me. So then the gal grabbed something and left. Then this GW lady comes over and asks if I am done, which stands am I done with "because she just can't leave all of these out". I checked her and told her I didn't ask for all of those...stands/trays. So rude. Also, over-pricing is a constant...I get their rent goes up like ours and they have to keep up with it. But, wow--some of the items are unrealistically priced. Shein for instance...almost every item I came across was more expensive at Goodwill than the website. Same for plus size clothing, kitchen and decor. Even items from the Dollar Tree and costume jewelry, just way too much.

I was very pleased with my most recent visit! The staff checked in without being overbearing and gently reminded me when the fitting rooms would be closing (I went close to closing time). I really appreciate it when team members can manage expectations without rushing the customers out. The person at the register was also kind, and naturally so. I picked up some solid pieces to use for work as well as some breezy summer pieces. Thank you, Goodwill!

the clothes here are so expensive i swear they keep bumping them up. 15$ for a pair of used levi shorts and 7$ minimum for a plain tshirt. full of low quality clothing and they even price their used Shein clothes higher than the website!!! not worth stopping in.

I used to love going to this store but recently noticed majority of their prices are marked up more then 50% from compared back months ago, from clothing, housewares, furniture to even toys. I’d rather buy Ross or Marshalls if your store is marking prices like these. Good riddance! The prices now are like almost retail prices considering this is a thrift second hand store. This store is marking up prices like the thrift store next door them!

Sign clearly states drop off is open until 6pm, when in fact they stop taking donations at 5 pm. Might want to update that, before everybody will just donate their things to the thrift store next doors…
