Fantastic place to live. The staff is caring and attentive. The office staff have gone out of their way to make move in and transition easy. Recently had a very minor maintenance issue - we reported using the online form and literally had a technician at our door in 5 minutes. The amenities are first class and the location cannot be near for convenience to anything you might need. Highly recommend Hanover Colony Place!

Besides the amazing apartments and amenities, the staff are phenomenal! Renee, who answered all and any questions throughout the whole leasing process answered emails back quickly or returned a phone call immediately! Matt and Stephanie are absolutely AMAZING! I was completely blown away with them on moving day. From making sure all tenants were all set for moving in and giving them keys, to answering phone calls, and having people tour. They were so professional and paid attention to every person and went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed! Best management staff ever!

I’m so happy to finally be here! I feel like I’m living in a grand hotel. From the moment I toured, I knew that I wanted to live here. The apartment is gorgeous, the grounds are beautiful! The staff in the leasing office are all amazing, they are so helpful with any questions, from application to move in and beyond! Their memories are amazing, not only do they remember your name, but they remember your apt # when you pick up mail or packages. Top notch!

Matthew and Clare made the rental process so easy! They were extremely kind, helpful and accommodating throughout the leasing process. The leasing office is impeccable and so are the units themselves. I toured dozens of different complexes and there were NONE like Hanover Colony Place. It's extremely peaceful and feels like I'm living in an upscale hotel. Their customer service is unmatched. They pay attention to all the small details and are happy to assist with any questions! My children and I are loving every amenity they have and cannot wait for summer!

Beautiful custom finishings in the home, very grand and attractive grounds (in all seasons, which is no small feat here), the staff are helpful and committed, and the amenities are nicer than any hotel I get to stay at when I travel for work or leisure. Didn’t find anything else like Hanover Colony Place when we looked in the whole South Shore area. The restaurants and shops being adjacent to the development is something we especially love. We didn’t expect to find something this posh that reminds us of where we are from in California.

My husband and I love living here so much. The staff is outstanding, and the property itself is gorgeous and well kept. We have friendly neighbors as well. The staff does lots of cute mixers to meet your neighbors. We could not recommend living at Hanover Colony Place enough.

Absolutely love our new home. Great community everything is close or nearby. The staff cares and they are great and kind of and care about your family. They take time and getting to know everyone personally but the floorplans are amazing. Many nights I fall asleep to the water feature in the courtyard. It’s like living in at a spa so tranquil the thoughts melt away. each living space apartment is beautiful and strategically built with you as a new resident in mind if you’re looking for a new home in Hanover Colony Place should be at the top of your list - Janelle Washington

I had a tour recently of the facilities and was very impressed with the cleanliness and welcoming community it gives off. Stephanie was cordial, professional and very helpful while giving my tour. She answered all my questions, was willing to help me with my thoughts about the surrounding area, and helped me figure out what floor plan worked for me. Overall, she made me feel like this is the place to be. The property is perfect for all my needs and Stephanie made me feel right at home.

I absolutely love coming home in the evenings. It’s one of the things I look forward to the most. The whole team here at Hanover Colony is just amazing! The place is stunning and the neighbors are friendly.
