This place is so great! I’m still sitting g here eating… Food is amazing! the samosas… the garlic naan… the rice… the goat! So good! Excellent service and food! First time coming here:.. but definitely coming back! Just love it!!!!

I was told they opened about 5 months ago. This is north Indian style food. I ordered delivery through door dash. The butter chicken needed more flavor. But the saag paneer was very good! Both came with rice. Samosas were seasoned very well & crispy. Garlic naan was good of course. Galub jamun was good too,as well as the mango lassi. My new favorite spot this side of the river.

A good place for Indian cuisine with a great ambiance. The place was very clean and the food was good. I ordered Gobi Manchuria and Butter Chicken, both of which were good. However, the chicken was a bit stiff. Overall, it was a great experience.

We did not dine in, I stopped in to place a take out order. The dining room is clean and conveys the feeling of an Indian Restaurant. There is a bar, which I used to sits at and wait for the order to be prepared. We ordered Samosa, Chicken Korma, Tandoori Chicken and Naan. The food was good. Not the best Indian we’ve had, but also better than a lot of other. It was well packed for take out, which I liked. And it travelled home well. Perhaps a bit more definition on taste would have helped. We will absolutely come back for more. Compared with other options in Newburgh, we recommend a visit, you’ll not be disappointed.

We tried their Amritsari Fish, malai kofta, Aaloo paratta and enjoyed all three dishes. The other day we tried their goat curry and chicken appetizer and both were delicious. I think they can do better with their desserts though. Try this place and check it out for yourselves when you are in Newburgh.

I recently dined at this restaurant with a group of 30 people, and it was a delightful first time experience from start to finish. The service was quite accommodating, especially for the kids. We pre-ordered, and they handled additional requests with promptness. The masala chai was a delightful start. The tandoor dishes, chicken, paneer, and vegetables, were flavorful– not too salty or spicy, just perfectly balanced. North jndian Entree dishes were all flavorful. The staff’s courteous handling of such a large group was commendable. if you're in search of a place offering both good Indian cuisine and good service, I highly recommend this restaurant in Newburgh NY town.

Tried this place at the suggestions of others. Good overall experience! Food is authentic and tasty. They charge 4% extra if you use a credit card so be aware. I thought the rice pudding dessert was a little pricey at $5.99 for a small dish. Good Indian restaurant option if you're on the east side of Orange County.

Desi Dhaba is honestly so good. Grab one of the Indian beers and some of that classic curry or Biriyani and enjoy the food. The atmosphere is quaint and relatively casual. From a date to a bigger group it'll work, but you don't have to be fancy. I think just bring a bit of patience as the servers run the floor but they're all so kind and are very helpful

Great food! We got the buttered chicken and garlic naan bread. the sauce was amazing and if I could give service more than five stars I would. Our car broke down and needed a jump start which these guys did for us. This place is amazing with amazing people.
