Tonight was our first visit. We booked online. After we arrived, the receptionist was kind & we were in a room within 10-15 mins. My son had a strep test done immediately by the sweetest & extremely personable medical assistant. The doctor came in with the results. He has a gentle demeanor. We felt comfort throughout our entire visit. The pharmacy could not find our prescription so I called the urgent care. They put me on hold and called the pharmacist where I was and provided the prescription over the phone. This was impressive because in my previous experiences, urgent care take forever to get back to the pharmacy and you're stuck waiting. I will be bringing my other kiddos here as needed. I am SO thankful that they were open tonight. My son will be feeling better by tomorrow morning.

Loved this place! I will be recommending to everyone I know with kids. It was very clean and organized. The staff was very kind and attentive, that’s so hard to find. The pediatrician did not rush his time with us, listened to our concerns and took time to decide what was best. They also had Toy Story playing in the waiting area, that really saved us from trying to wrangle our toddler. So glad to have this place as an option.

Went on a Friday evening- everyone was friendly, the office was clean. We paid fee for service since we don’t have insurance. I received a bill for the appointment. I called and was called back within an hour, she said it was an error and they would fix it. She was so sweet and very accommodating. I will definitely continue using this office!

I cannot say enough good things about this facility, the practitioner Ami and her staff! They are so caring and attentive. Our 4 month old was sick over the weekend and we were able to get in and treated within a very timely manner! Ami sat down and answered all our questions, all while showing genuine care and concern. This place is the best!!!

So thankful for this place. We were referred here by our pediatrician's nurse a month ago when they were booked out. The staff is so friendly. They really listen to parents concerns, answer any questions, and take time to explain the diagnosis/treatment. The waiting room is always clean and kid friendly. We've been able to get in pretty quickly. All around a great experiences. I've even called up there unsure if they were the right place to bring a kid who stuck playdough up his nose and they were so kind and assured me they had tools to take care of that. I will never take my kids anywhere else for urgent care needs. Words cannot express how pleased I am with the care my son has received here.

Update: Went in again for my other child and I was once again amazed at their amazing care. I cannot compliment this place and specifically Ami enough! They go above and beyond to make sure my kids are taken care of and all questions and concerns answered. The front desk has amazing customer service as well! Will definitely continue coming here for our sick visits! Excellent care! Doctor was very attentive and listened to my concerns about my child and was even available after the appointment to answer a question I forgot to ask. I love the online appointment option. I also love that they’re a pediatric urgent care that’s open after hours and on weekends as unfortunately kids don’t always get sick during business hours and can’t wait until the following Monday to get care but don’t need an ER either. Will absolutely be back for any other pediatric urgent care needs and will be recommending to all my friends and family.

We have had the best two experiences with our 4 month old son at this urgent care. We have seen Ami both times, and she is absolutely wonderful. She is very kind and knowledgeable. We have never felt rushed and all of our concerns are always addressed. We were especially thankful when our son needed to be admitted to the hospital for RSV. Ami sent us right over and made sure we could skip the ER and go straight to the Peds floor.

I brought my 2.5 year old who is super scared of the doctor in to Care+ today and they were so kind and took their time with him. It took a while to get him back to a room even with an appointment but it was a busy Friday. Once we got back to a room they were quick and efficient and I was so thankful for that. So happy I chose this urgent care to take him into!

What a great experience. They were opened on Saturday after Thanksgiving which is incredibly helpful. The office staff was incredibly nice to my son and I and so helpful. The doctor allowed us to check off a few different options of what my son’s symptoms could have been and was very patient in testing and going through those. Extremely thoughtful with his care and validating my concerns. Glad to have this place as an option for his care.

We have been here many times after school and on the weekend and have had only good experiences. Dr. Justin is wonderful, he is calm, patient, and explains everything thoroughly. There has never been a long wait when we have gone, but I know they also take appointments. The office is also decorated very kid friendly and bright. Absolutely recommend!
