I strongly urge anyone who is considering using their electronic repair service to look into other options. The manager is not the type of man you would like to do business with as he is very unprofessional and honestly very rude. Not only did he lie to me on multiple occasions that the battery that would be replaced in my phone was an authentic Apple product, but he would not refund my money after my phone locked up with a notification to take the battery out as it was not the correct battery. He also tried to charge me an additional $40 on top to put my old original battery back and and return the fake battery they tried to give me. Also, the first time I tried to drop off my phone, the manager didn’t want to give me a receipt stating they had my phone while I waited several hours for them to change the batteries. I told him I wanted proof that they had my device so I could make sure I got it back as many people have had their devices stolen by this store saying that they “lost” the device or that they never even received it for repair in the first place. When he finally agreed to give me a print out sheet the manager was more than upset with my request. Spend your money elsewhere folks and save yourself the hassle!

Jeremy was very easy to,work with and accommodating to fixing my iPhone 6 screen. He did it in a timely manner, for the cost quoted, then also applied a coupon so it ended up being less than I had planned. He appears very knowledgeable about his products and services. I can’t say enough good things about him.

Dude needs to learn his products and quit pushing bottom of barrel as the best. Get a clue and don't get upset for an online order pickup, just get me my batteries and keep your mouth shut.

Stopped by the store with a electric scooter battery. Told the guy working it was only a few months old and the my son rides it around the block and the battery is dead and we have to charge it. Told him I read some reviews online and a common issue is the tabs that connect battery pack to circuit board break. He said they don't have the equipment to fix it seeing as it is Lithium-ion. Hooked up a volt meter and got no reading said I need a new battery and they are unable to get me one and told me I should look on Amazon. 7-3-2021

Was referred to this store by a mobile retailer and lost some hope after some initial screen repair complications. Draine and Tim were great with following up and making sure my phone was working as it should be! It was great that it worked out where my phone could be brought back to me out of town. Great commitment to service!

$14.00 charge to put in a watch battery!? Charged $7.00 to install a watch battery. Previous had a watch battery put in and it cost only $7.00. How ridiculous and must be hard up to get money. Going out of business are you? Stay away from this scam of a store.

Legitimately cannot day enough good things about the help and customer service at this place! I was so worried about replacing my expensive key fob unexpectedly. These guys literally made my week with an inexpensive solution and friendly/helpful customer service! Definitely will be going back and I’ve told everybody about my awesome experience!

Wish I could give zero stars. Bought a 300 dollar car battery last summer. Probably the fourth battery I have bought here. Tried to warranty the 300 dollar battery as it wouldn't keep a charge. Battery had 5 year warranty. Sales person took battery and said he would test the battery and call me. Never got a call, I called a week later and they said the battery was bad and they would have a new one by the end of the next week. Called that Tuesday because nobody reached out. The manager said the battery was never ordered and it wasn't his fault. Now I'm on week 4 and still no phone call or battery. Really upsetting, batteries and warranties are good. Manager is rude and not helpful. If he can't take responsibility make orders and call customers he shouldn't be a manager.

Amazing work today by the staff at this location. My toddler cracked my phone screen just hours after a glass replacement. I had already called about the bottom of my phone not working on the touchscreen so they fixed it under warrant. Thanks, and recommend this place for any phone glass repair.

I'd like to voice a complaint about the local Batteries Plus Store in Owatonna. We took an iPad there for repair last fall due to a cracked screen. They lost it. They have not provided a working comparable replacement nor have they provided compensation for the lost device. They have never followed up with a phone call and store employees have stated to us- "it is our responsibility" to ensure this is followed up on even when we repeatedly tell them no one has called back or followed up. We have spoken with someone claiming to be the store manager who said he would contact the owner. NOTHING!!! Just thought you'd like to know about their customer service policies!!!
