Within a year they came to my house three times, each time they came they charged different price from $345 to $6400 for a new pump. First they came out and said everything is okay, charged $345. If everything is ok why the alarm went off. Second time alarm went off they said the pump was defective, $6400, Jeremy said if anything happens we come out do for free, no charge. Third time (1 month later) alarm went off they said too much grease stuck on the wall of the tank, $380. Why don’t they clean out before they made decision????? This is not professional work, sloppy works! This is my last time to call them. (4years ago) Before Franc environmental sold to windy River environmental they did a great job, but now VERY BAD SERVICE.

We had a septic issue which is always stressful. Savannah on the emergency line was calm and helpful which is something you always need and do not always encounter on the emergency services line. Felipe was the next tech out and he was professional and kind in communicating the next step needed. Jeremy and Enrique were the next team and were professional, kind, and easy to work with while diagnosing the issue with our septic system. They kept me posted on every step of the process, potential issues and options for the next step. We will continue to use them and recommend their services..

Digital communication has been excellent lately, with easy self service scheduling using the web. The technician who provided service today, Felipe Ortiz, arrived on time and was efficient. Entire job completed in 30 minutes on site. Very satisfied.
