I moved to this area from a location that was two or three counties over and I needed to find a doctor that was close to home. I did my research and I found Dr. Armstrong at the MedStar location in Forest Hill and set an appointment. His bedside manner is beyond reproach, the location is absolutely clean, the staff are very customer friendly and willing to assist in every way possible, the location is in a wonderful neighborhood. I recommend this location for anyone moving to the area and looking for a wonderful medical facility and staff to tend to your medical needs.

It's such a pleasure going to my appointments. The staff is always attentive, smiling, and courteous. Dr. Betty was such a pleasure. Dr. Betty was very thorough and made sure I knew exactly what was expected pre and post surgery.

His personality is so pleasant and he really listens to everything you want to tell him. He is responsive and so reasonable in fulfilling your needs. Nice office with very friendly and helpful staff, who take time to explain and help you with things (if you need it), like the electronic check-in system, etc. Dr. Armstrong is the best! Friendly, carrying, knowledgeable, and doesn't go overboard with unnecessary tests and procedures.

Doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners are great. Check-in system by phone and kiosk is very slow, has questions that are nobody's business and exposes me to all the germs of everyone touching it before me. Is slow, so waiting room backs up as the staff is seen chatting behind the desk. Seems these days we are having to do everyone's work for them. You need patience to be a patient here.
