The store is great. It's the people inside. There awsome. They are always willing, and looking to help you. Just let them know what you need, or your idea, and they can make it happen. Great group of employees. Thanks for the help then , now, and future...

Great service. Only place we shop when working up north. Haven't gotten a sweatshirt yet but in due time I hope .

As a new customer, I walked into the store not knowing what to expect. The cashier greeted me with a smile and a perky hello, then, as I wandered further into the store, there were plenty of staff around, speaking to and helping customers. One staff member offered his help and when he was unsure, he took me to the back where another member of staff, who worked with tile, was located. She helped reccomend what they like to use, was patient and kind. She even rang me up after I decided. Brilliant store!! Will definately be shopping there again!!!

Very nice store, and the associates are even nicer! John was a HUGE help to us when we stopped in. I had a piece stuck on my propane tank and he was able to help is get it off. So appreciative for the help and will definitely be using them for my hardware needs in the future!!

Nice associates very helpful. Merchandise needs to be adjusted. Sporadic products, selections have to be better. I know wood products are suppose to go down but 3/4 inch plywood over 80 dollars for one sheet. It is a wonder why housing has inflated severely. Please everyone learn basic business so we "the people" can control cost and take it back from big business. Stop forecasting profits... ridiculous!

Paint department sales people are helpful and tracy in design area is wonderful. Knew everything I needed for my bathroom install that I would not have thought about.

This place is great! I travel in between Bangor and Houlton doing carpentry and The customer service at that Houlton store is superlative. You might pay a couple dollars more for some things than lowes; but having a dedicated, friendly, knowledgeable staff that can reliably answer any questions is invaluable. Last time I was in there I watched Brandon, the manager, put out like 4 (figurative) fires while helping me find several different items I needed urgently. All while cracking jokes and smiling. It was incredible. Highly recommend.

Always amazing! Everyone is always helpful and know what they are talking about. I love that they check for cracks or damage to there lumber before they give it to you. I normally shop here 1-2 times a week and they always have a good attitude and a simile for me (both inside the store and out in the lumber yard) Highly recommended

The staff was very helpful,respectful and the supply there is great.I am disabled and they treated me very well.They have good products there.
