Had a flat tire near this exit. Inflated tire enough to drive but still heard loud hissing. The truck stop mechanic suggested I come here. It is a friendly down to earth place with lovely reviews and thank you cards in the office from many travelers. I have a less-common tire but still was able to get back on the road in about 2 hours. Very professional customer care , had a nail in my tire and their delivery truck brought my exact tire the same day , once it arrived I was in and out in 15 minutes, mount and balanced. Good , clean , reliable business.

I'm local and always go here for my tire type needs on and off road. They will always go out of there way to help you get back on the road and sell you only what you want for the best price and not just what they want to sell you. They are nice people and also own a farm dealership a few Mike's down the road.

They made room for me the same day I called, and they were kind and pleasant to talk to. I needed a tire swapped desperately, and when they said they were busy that morning, I said I could come back on Monday, but they said that they'd make room in the afternoon for me so I didn't run into trouble over the weekend. We are still kind of new to the area, so having good business around to help us out is so appreciated. And it was very affordable, which is also appreciated.

After doing research, Marcy's had the best price on tires for my truck in the area. Tim printed out 3 choices and gave me info on each. GREAT customer service was a bonus. All 5 driving members of my family have gotten their tires here.

What a pleasant surprise to find a repair shop in this day and age with real old fashioned American values: integrity and knowing the meaning of hard work aside it was a breath of fresh air to feel valued as a customer! My trailer blew a hub late in the day as I headed back east. Vern and the family went above and beyond! Vern actually drove to the part store himself knowing they wouldn’t deliver that late in the day. They all stayed two hours past closing to ensure my son and I got back on the road safely. I won’t ever forget them and what a pleasant experience I had when faced with a bad situation. We need more caring people like Vern and his family! Thank you so much for your kindness.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I got a flat tire on the highway and was able to pull off of the Kingsville exit and found Marcy's not far from where I made it. They put my donut on my car and got a new tire ordered and installed by the following day. Thank you!
