Attended a baby shower here. The clubhouse has everything you will need to feed and entertain. The grounds are spectacular. Great experience overall 😊

Ooh, this place is very beautiful. My mother in law lives here and we love visiting her. She has walked us around the place and we’ve seen some of the amenities and I can’t blame her for wanting to be there. ALONE! It’s beautiful and I would hope to retire in a place similar to this one. UPDATE: Added more pictures of this location. We went back to visit my mother in law and stayed a week with her. We had more time to walk around enjoy the heat and even workout at the gym. Enjoy the pics. (Pics are all from the location inside and out the house)

Encanterra Phase One. We homeowners purchased with the promise of landscaping the common areas and walkways to equal standard as all of Encanterra. Encanterra is marketed to be a a beautiful place to live. Not in Phase One. We have dead bushes that have not been removed for over two years! located in all the common areas and walking paths.Bushes not trimmed with debris not removed months at a time. We have repeatedly asked to remove the same dead bushes and to please trim per the ProQual-Shea Homes landscape contract. Many of us homeowners in Phase One Encanterra have met with the HOA, who say they have to meet with the board. Quality Control and "to do direction" is clearly stated in the landscape contract, but ignored by ProQual and the board is not holding them accountable at the Phase One homeowners expense . Phase One, Shea Home's, please landscape our walkways, entrance and common park areas equal to the rest of Encanterra Phases. It negatively impacts our home values and our quality of life. Again. Many of us have met with the HOA managers with no to little action taken by the contracted landscaper, ProQual. The homeowners located in Phase One are currently receiving extreme sub par landscape services. As homeowners in a Shea Homes community we, Phase One, should be treated with respect and equal regard as the landscape services delivered to all the other common areas in Encanterra. We are not. Why is that? Very disappointed and embarrassed to live in Phase One Encanterra. The common areas and walking paths look terrible. Dead Plants. Long term Random up keep, etc. ProQual sub par landscaping! My note speaks for the homeowners in Phase One. We could fill a room with homeowners from our area that are very upset and disappointed. Homeowners are ignored in Phase One. A loud troubling topic of conversation at community gatherings and with friends in the community.

This place is like being at a resort in California! The restaurant has very good food, and it is lovely inside and out. The staff was very friendly, and so helpful. After enjoying a nice dinner, we went for a little walk out around the restaurant. It sits on a lovely Gold Course ⛳, and the surrounding areas are beautiful.

La Cocina, located in the Encanterra clubhouse, is a great space for entertaining friends and family affairs. With an outside patio and fire pit included, we hosted a party of 30 comfortably. Love this space amenities of demo kitchen, extra large island for buffets, and wet bar, sink, prep area and refrigerator/freezer in one location. The staff configured the room to spec. Complete with directional signs for guests at all entries.

Stopped bye to view the models. When the gates opened it was like the angels in heaven sang. Absolutely stunning. The models were gorgeous, the amenities are top notch! Nick took great care of us. We adore him. We loved it so much that went home and sold our home. We are closing on a property there shortly. We can't wait to start our new journey in Encanterra.

From the gym, to the shop, just amazing and clean! The staff is legit always smiling and go out of there way to help you... Million dollar view's, and some of the best food on this side of the valley.... This community is my idea why we work all our lives to retire somewhere fun and peaceful. Well done!!!

Apparently money doesn’t spend the same here unless you are a member. Came in and sat at the bar as a paying customer to unwind. Been here for dinner multiple times mind you. All the members sitting at the bar complaining of non members being able to come in and eat and drink. Had to ask for every additional drink while the bartenders catered to members. So long story short unless you live here you are no good to them.

👍👍 NOW KNOWN AS THE SAN TAN GOLF CLUB. I love this desert golf experience. The back nine is a mountain course and the front nine a typical neighborhood course.
