Paid 2.50 for a new mirror for my truck. The man told me it would be 15 dollars to install it. Paid an extra 2.50 for a tip. Was told they would install Monday. Cost me 18.50 in gas to get there Monday. Nobody would help me. Looks like they can keep the 20 bucks. Won't go back. Edit: someone called me back and said he would come all the way out to my house to fix the mirror. I am bringing this up to 4 stars due to the fact that the gentleman cared enough to come out here.

They were the best! They came out quickly to measure and came back the next week, to install. When they came out the second time, they realized the glass was scratched, due to no fault of their own, and made a 3rd trip out the next week. They were quick, courteous and did a fantastic job.

Great company. Goes above and beyond. They fixed some window issues on the spot for free while providing an estimate for us. Meanwhile their competitors suggested complete window replacement to the tune of $1600 to remedy the same issues. They've got my business and recomendation no questions asked.

Well! Wanted to support local companies; however it has been 2months now still no word on the order Furniture Gallery placed for us for the dining table. So many excuses and won’t answer their phone. Still waiting for the glass for our dining table😮😩

I had them install two custom mirrors in our master bathroom and one custom mirror in our bar area on our new home build. They showed up the next day to measure and installed the next week! Price was very reasonable and very professional work. Charged 50% up front and 50% at satisfactory completion. I will refer and do recommend! Update: they have since installed 2 shower doors that are perfect!

I was doing a DYI project and needed a large, old jar cut in half. The glass cutter said it would be a tricky cut because if the age and waviness of the glass but was willing to give it a go. Fingers crossed, they cut the jar and it turned out perfectly. The cost was reasonable and the young lady at the front desk was very warm and helpful.

Frank did a great job on the windshield in my Impala and the windshield & rear window in my Avalanche. He traveled to my home, which is over 8 miles past pavement, to do the work. There is good reason for A-1 Glass to be on the Preferred Provider list with my insurance company.

My windshield was replaced quickly and I am very happy with it. There was good communication between A-1 Glass and my insurance. Recently, a stone chipped the new windshield. Within an hour of the chip, A-1 Glass repaired it at no charge. I highly recommend A-1. Very honest, friendly, and experienced.

The workers were effective and courteous-when our new window got a little chipped being installed, they finished the installation, then came back and re-replaced the new window two days later!!! I was incredibly impressed with them and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!!!

Love this shop! I have home glass installations that are beautifully done, tricky custom glass shower door, they had to measure several times because the opening is so off square! Patient and courteous workers, also hung several sheets in a home gym. Have had them replace several auto windshields, love that they come to my home garage to do it. Also offered to replace the glass for an antique family picture I broke, said they'd look for some green glass to make it look like the 100+ yr old glass I ruined!! Thanks A-1 !!
