I'm from Milwaukee, WI and I was riding the trails in Norway one beautiful Saturday afternoon when the pawl springs in my rear hub failed. It was close to closing time when I called Andy at U.P. Sport and Spoke to see if there was any thing he could do for me. He said he would stick around until I got there to see if he could help me out. I got there about 10 minutes after closing and Andy happened to have the parts I needed in stock. He was able to get me fixed up and back on the trails in no time. Thanks to the awesome service my weekend was saved!! For a guy to hang around for some random customer on Saturday afternoon was incredible!! What great service! Thanks again Andy!!

Good service, they even did the follow-up tune-up service over a year after we purchased the bike.

The crew here is awesome! You are always greeted when you come in. They carry Trek and Salsa bikes. I have a tendency of having bike issues and they always get me in to solve the problem. There isn't any parking in the front (there is a door) but has plenty of parking in the back.

Had a great experience today at U.P. Sport and Spoke. The owners and staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Iron Mountain is lucky to have such a great bike shop offering top quality equipment. Highly recommend!

All of the staff were very welcoming. We had a great experience learning about our options available for e-bikes. They had a great selection of Trek bikes to choose from. We were able to test ride each bike we were interested in trying. This was a big investment and they helped make the process super easy. We are very happy with our purchases! Got into mtn biking just recently. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time and care of setting the bike up for me to my specs. The technicians are all very good at what they do and super friendly. Fantastic experiences everytime I go in there.
