    By far the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Every associate there is helpful, greet each and every client that walks through the door, finishes your transaction as fast as possible and ends with a smile. I appreciate the great service given every time I visit. They’re so pleasant to deal with and make each visit stress free.

    Best customer service here and always greeted with a friendly smile. You can tell they love doing their job! Even when the line is long , it’s not a bother to wait because they are fast and efficient. I believe their store manager is Ron, keep up the excellent work! Other UPS stores can learn a thing or two from here about professionalism and kindness.

    This is one of the best UPS stores I’ve been to!! Their customer service is top-notch, and they always go the extra mile to help with shipping and other services. The lady over there is always helpful when it comes to making returns, she went above and beyond to assist me! I highly recommend this UPS store for all your shipping and printing needs!

    I normally don’t have a problem picking up/returning an item, but my recent experience was not good. I was first told that I had 2 packages (though only one email was sent by UPS saying it was delivered). Then I was told that that package was returned - the day after it was delivered! This was an input error by the UPS employee. I then had to wait until a manager was contacted to “release” what turned out to be the only shipped item. This should’ve been a seamless process but it wasn’t- it was incredibly annoying. Training of staff might be the issue.

    I have been at this location several times and the service has been exceptional. Before there was this store, I would make the trip to Dogwood Ave in Franklin Square. I was thrilled with this new location: close and great service. Today’s experience was substandard and disappointing. I called and was told a Notary Public was on duty. The young man who answered the phone was polite and courteous. When I got there I was treated less than. The person, Notary Public, was busy with another customer. This customer had several items and needed unusually lengthy time to get done. At least three times she apologized and the staff answered, “Don’t worry”, or something similar each time. Then she needed to go to her car before completing her transaction. At that time the young man reminded her that I was waiting for her. I spent more than 10 minutes waiting and was never acknowledged by this person. It was as if I was not there. Typically, one would acknowledge, apologize, and say I will be with you shortly. NOTHING…..it was awful. I left without being served, felt disrespected and undervalued. If Ron wants to have longevity at this location he must take a hard look at this staff member. Theirs is always one bad apple, but we shouldn’t have it spoil the bunch.

    Marvin Johnson and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. The store is always clean and you always feel welcomed they go above and beyond to help.

    Went there 3 times. Counter people are arrogant and have a snarky attitude. My wife and I went into this location. I got a lecture to the how I positioned the label since the young man had to scan it a few times before it went through. I pointed out to him that I positioned the label right over the original label in the same position. He still kept on with the lecture. My wife then stepped up and he pointed out that she was supposed to package her Amazon return. He charged $7.00 for two plastic bags. It wasn't the policy (and we never argued about the policy) it was the snarky attitude as if we were their employees. Today I went into this location again to return a box to Amazon. The young lady at the counter pointed out to me that the box was supposed to be taped. I explained to her that when I applied for the refund, Amazon said that it had to be returned in the same packaging and nothing about tape. Her eyebrows went up and she was looking to debate me and there again was the snarky attitude. Not to go down that rabbit hole, I asked is there a charge for taping it. When she said yes, I told her that I will not pay to have the box taped. I told her I would be more than happy to take the box back, tape it and return it. She wanted to keep talking about it. I wasn't arguing with her and I did not need to hear the policy again. I again said that I am not paying for taping and I would be more than happy to take it back tape it and return. She then told me, that's up to you. I appeared that she enjoyed thinking she had me over a barrel. I'm a local business owner in Elmont and I know just how hard it is to find good help. I will not go back to this location anytime soon. I'll give them time to get better and more suitable people to work there. * 08/15/2023 @ 6:14 PM I received your response Mr Robinson 20 mins ago. I called but no one was available to answer the phone so I left my phone number as instructed for you to call me back. * 08/21/2023 I received a call from Mr Robinson today. Our conversation was candid and productive. Mr Robinson appears to be someone who deeply cares about his business and is willing to listen with a humble ear. I believe he will look into my complaint. I will utilize his location in the future for my business needs and I adjusted my review rating. Thank you Mr Robinson for speaking with me.

    I've been coming to this location for over a year and each time, the experience is delightful. The music and aroma therapy always puts me at ease. Today, however, it topped the charts. I was there to do an Amazon return and have documents notarized. Unfortunately, I did not have the proper ID on me, so I went home and returned an hour later. My return was greeted with a big smile and "Welcome Back" from Denine as she rushed to get a chair for my father who is elderly and walks with a cane. The vibe in the store is always friendly and lighthearted. Today, while Denine worked she hummed and danced. I LOVE seeing that kind of joy from someone at their place of employment, especially in customer service. She took such good care of my father and I appreciate it tremendously. THIS is why I will continue to come to this shop for all my shipping and Amazon needs. Thank you Denine, for your pleasant demeanor and warmth on one of the coldest days so far in 2024.

    This UPS store is fairly new to this location and they are doing an amazing job with supporting our community, especially during the holidays. I had the pleasure of watching Marvin Johnson support a customer who was giving a bit of a challenge. Marvin demonstrated composure and patience so beautifully, and gave the customer his absolute best service, while also assuring the other customers on line that they would be helped shortly. Shout out to the Elmont location for keeping it supportive and showing so much love during the wild holiday times!

    I cannot say enough great things about this store. Not only is it incredibly clean, organized and high tech, but also each of the employees had a smile on their faces and made each patron feel special. I was lucky enough to have Ron help me with my numerous Amazon returns. In other locations, I’ve felt rushed and as though I’m a bother pulling up the various QR codes, but he made the entire transaction a welcomed one from start to finish (asking how my day was, making small talk about the weather, even explaining how Amazon returns work—details I never knew/realized). It was really nice in today’s day and age to have conversation with a stranger and walk out feeling happy! 10/10 will definitely be back!
