The pizza here is seriously delicious. The hot honey one is to die for. The chocolate chip cookies are also perfection. I'm so glad this place opened right in my hometown. This is a must try for everyone in Hopewell!

I was recommended this place by a good friend for our shared love of trying different pizza whenever possible. I’m a big fan of thin crispy crust. For the pizza I enjoy the most, which would be similar to what barstool one bite videos enjoy the most, this is one of the best pizza’s I have ever had. I got the pie have plain cheese and the other half with their signature hot honey and basil. Both slices were out of this world! I recommend trying a slice in person or in the parking lot before you leave to get the best version of what I’m describing. Look at the photos, the undercarriage cracks to the touch and your first bite from the front of the slice has a crisp with almost no flop. I also had a Sicilian White slice that was fantastic. All the flavor you would expect on a crispy thick light and bubbly crust. I can’t recommend this place enough. The owner and staff are super friendly as well! I would rate the cheese slice at a 9.7

If there's a superior pizza place in the Hudson Valley that crafts better pies, please do share, because, as of now, this is the pinnacle! Eric, the owner, invests an unmatched level of time and passion into his pizzas, rivaling even those across the river in Manhattan. If he were located in NYC, he'd undoubtedly be a sought-after destination. For now, he's a compelling reason to explore Hopewell. On the One Bite scale, this establishment easily earns a 9.2 – that's my review! DAVE, COME HERE!!!! (Sorry for shouting 😏)

🍕 One of the best pizza I have had the pleasure of trying. The food is fresh and amazing. I grew up and worked in and around the Bronx, and had my share of pizza shops and I honestly have to say, Pan & Peel Pizza is in the top 5... Definitely recommend this pizza shop 🍕

I'm super impressed with this pizza. I consider myself a pizza snob and this place really checks all the boxes off. The p&g hot honey sopressata pizza is extremely good. His crust and dough is nice and light and fluffy while being crispy at the same time. I can't recommend this place enough. The location has changed hands so many times with pizza places, don't let the history fool you, it's finally an amazing pizza place, one that is worth travelling distances to try. If you are reading this review looking for a great pizza you have found it. It truly is a 5 star pizza, perfect in every way. The PG hot honey is out of this world delicious. The peperoni's I got on mine were crispy and nicely curled up. The crust was crunchy with just the right amount of char and a heavenly soft airy dough inside. You need this pizza in your life. The staff were warm and friendly. I just can not recommend it enough. 6 stars!!

Gonna go ahead and say this is the best pizza in the Hudson valley, and I’d put it up against any of the best pizza in Brooklyn, too. The bake on the round crust and the classic pie remind me of prime Di Fara down on Avenue J in Brooklyn. And that’s just the round pie. The square focaccia pie is out of this world. Oh and the fresh baked cookies are awesome. This place is a triumph.

If you like NY style pizza - thin, crispy crust, good sauce, just the right amount of cheese - this is the best pizza in the area by far. We’ve got a new favorite spot.

Simply incredible pizza! We Ordered every pie they make and each one was 10/10. The owner is very nice and obviously cares deeply about the product he’s putting out. If I lived closer I’d be here every week. Best of luck, can’t wait to stop back in!

The quality of the pizza at Pan and Peel is unmatched. The care and work that goes into the dough and ingredient selection by the King of Pizza and shop owner Eric makes this one of the best pizza restaurants in the northeast.
