My internet worked great and then came fiber optics. Wi fi streaming was lost BUT I called them and Brandon did some work on his end over the phone and within 5 minutes had us up and running again. Great service!!! He also told me he would make note of this so if I had any other issues they could make any necessary adjustments nessessary to remedy the problem. I would definitely recommend their wireless internet. 810 stars and a high five to Brandon at Nex tech

My 83 year-old mom went to Next-Tech in Norton Kansas today, the 7th of September 2022. As she and my brother walked in, they saw a young. tattooed blond lady at the first desk. As they did not get her name, the description will have to do for identification purposes. They told her my mom needed a new phone. The young lady appeared frustrated and mad that they were interrupting whatever she was obsessing over on her computer screen, She barely glanced at them, grabbed a cheap, flip phone, tossed it on the counter and said, " One hundred dollars, if you break it, you own it because there is no warranty." Flabbergasted, my mom began to ask some questions but received no answer as the young lady was back to her computer screen. They tried twice more to get some assistance to no avail. Finally my mom said she did not want the phone and that she did not understand why the young lady was being so rude and unhelpful. No response from the young lady at all, so they left Next-Tech and drove to Colby Kansas where they were greeted with smiles and positive attitudes. Needless to say, she purchased a lovely phone from a very kind employee who will be the recipient of a wonderful review.

The workers hooking up the fiberoptics were friendly and readily answered my questions. Chris and his partner that hooked up the wiring and router inside were also friendly, and efficiently hooked up the line from the box on the outside of the house-through the basement-up through the floor. Even my 4 dogs approved of them.
