I have nothing but praise for this store. After placing an online order for a Brother PE1900, Shay pleasantly surprised me with a call later in the day. She offered a complimentary upgrade to an SE2000 due to an ongoing in-store promotion, maintaining the same price. I was genuinely amazed by the generosity, considering there was a $300 difference. My machine arrived within a few days, and I'm still in disbelief. I wholeheartedly recommend this store and especially Shay, who, despite not receiving commissions for sales, demonstrated genuine care and integrity in their service.

They take the time to ask you questions to find what you are looking for in a machine. I am lucky to live close enough to walk into the store to purchase. I was searching for a specific Janome sewing machine from an authorized dealer to replace my older machine, and was having difficulty finding one near me. I found World Weidner online who had the exact model I was looking for at a good price. Purchasing online was very easy, someone from the store called me after I completed my transaction to confirm the order, they were very nice, and offered me a free set of blue bobbins as a free gift. Shipping was free and it arrived within a matter of days. I love my new sewing machine and the ease of obtaining it. Since World Wiedner is an authorized dealer I was able to get the full manufacturer warranty. Although I do not live near the store, I will be buying from here again.

I have been purchasing sewing, embroidery and craft supplies from World Weidner since 2016. Customer focus and fair pricing were the primary reason that I chose WW for my recent purchase of a rather expensive embroidery software update. The new website and accompanying features have instilled even greater confidence in purchasing from this retailer. Free shipping took a little longer than expected but it was worth the wait.

I purchased my Brother Stellaire XJ1 in late December and received it before Christmas. In January I had to have the upgrade to the XJ2 and received it on time without issue. Just a few days later I ordered stabilizer and a presser foot. Since the service has been excellent I ordered the Brother Simply Applique yesterday and can’t wait to get it. World Weidner is an awesome company to do business with. I Highly recommend them.

A few years ago, I bought some machine embroidery stabilizers and was pleased with the service and quality. I am even happier with the super service and Bernette b64 airlock serger with bonus feet that I bought as a Black Friday deal this year! The machine arrived quickly in perfect condition and sews beautifully. Emails to the company were answered almost immediately; I even received a personal phone call to clarify questions about the bonus feet. I also earned bonus points with my purchase which I have already spent on serger thread. I couldn't be more pleased and plan to continue to use World Weidner as my go-to store for sewing machines and accessories.
