Highly recommend! This was easily my best experience ever at an urgent care clinic. Gabriel Ibarra and Ally were both great at taking care of my husband and I when we had the flu. They were both so kind and friendly, plus knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to talk to. They were able to see us immediately after we filled out the intake form online, we didn't have to wait at all. I wouldn't have minded waiting though, as they had a clean and comfortable waiting room with snacks, water bottles, and coffee available. I will definitely be coming back to this clinic in the future.

I ended up having a small bone break in my FOOT around 4pm on a Friday afternoon, and AFC was the only clinic open! I have been SO pleased with them! The staff is phenomenal, from Front staff to NP's! They are attentive, friendly, enthusiastic, caring, and skilled! I HIGHLY recommend AFC Madison!

Literally an amazing place. Reception was on point and the provider was the sweetest. He is someone you can personify with. The entire trip was very pleasant despite being sick. They strive to make you feel as best as you can, given the fact you have to visit them due to being sick. After all, no one wants to be sick. There is warm refreshments for a cure to a late, sleepless night and there's options for quick fix snacks that are complimentary. Thank you for being the best UC we have ever visited. ❤️

I've had nothing but great experiences since coming here. All the staff are polite and treat me with respect. I feel so comfortable here. Gabe is amazing and really cares. Carol is so kind and patient. Allie is amazing also. Best care I've ever received in my life.

The whole staff was so kind and very helpful from the time I walked in to when I left! Doctor Gabe was truly genuine and went above and beyond for my care. He really made me confident in my diagnosis and plan for healing. I could tell that nurse Melissa and Ally truly cared for me and wanted to make sure I was on the road to recovery! Overall i felt seen and heard by all. I will definitely be back the next time I am need for health care.

Ally and Gabe did a great job with our 17 year old who cut her finger. Gabe was so sensitive and careful to address her needs with her needle fears. They stayed as long as we needed to get her care. Gabe did an amazing job with stitching her finger. All of the after care clinics were closed in town and I am so glad this one was open. They took such great care of our daughter! We will definitely be back when we need after hours care!!!

Allyson & Ashley were the most helpful from start to beginning! I was feeling so ill, and wanted to get in & out so quickly. They made my check in as quick as possible and made the entire experience so enjoyable. Will definitely be back again!

This was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Cassandra, Kim, and Meghan went above and beyond to help me in a courteous and timely manner. The details like the truffle and water waiting on you in the patient room show how much they care about making their patients comfortable. Highly recommend.

Excellent care!! Ally is the sweetest! Making everything from paperwork to checkout easy. Great bedside manner, quick and efficient! Just what you’re looking for when you don’t feel well.

I’ve never been to a dr’s office that leaves chocolates out for you🥹 but Gabriel was so kind. They had a short wait time and quickly got to work letting me know my diagnosis and treatment plan. 10/10 recommend
