Awesome birria tacos, they are served with or without cheese, you can add cilantro, cebolla, lemon and two different types of red sauce, you can dip them at every bite in consommé for extra flavor, place is well maintained and clean, staff is nice and courteous, walls are decorated with Sinaloa baseball teams and overall atmosphere is conducive to eat relaxed with no other worries than finishing your tacos. I recommend this place!! Always drink coke zero to avoid regretful calories feelings after you're done eating. Update: Still great flavor and service!

This food had me absolutely shook! I had to sit back for a moment… I travel for work and I swear this is the best Mexican food in the country!!! I had the ramen birria and tacos and just… wow. I’m speechless!

One day I will eat here in person, but today I ordered through DoorDash. It was so delicious, I have tasted really good birria before and this one is the best one it was amazing! The tortilla chips also are so good and they season them 🤩 I got the birria sampler very good deal for $15

The meat was perfectly cooked and delicious. Spiced well and will be visiting back again soon.

By far the best birria tacos I have had in all of Hidalgo County. Bad as people, food, and atmosphere. Biker friendly.

If I could give this place more stars, I would! Everything here was so amazing!! From the moment we walked in, we had amazing customer service from the lovely Cynthia. She gave us some time to look at the menu and answered any questions we had. The food was full of flavor too!! We got the tacos de birria de maíz, a taco pirata, and the medium papa birria and everything was so so delicious. They even make and season their chips here and they were the perfect side to the papa! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for the best birria tacos in the Valley!!!

So a friend of ours suggested this spot and so I decided to come with my wife and give it a try. First good sign was that it was busy on a Sunday afternoon around 3pm. Personally another good sign is seeing family around. A young man greeted us and later I saw him tending to the tables and constantly checking on the diners to see if anything was needed. The lady at the counter was also very friendly and knew right away I'd be ordering more. lol Now the menu is pretty basic, but their most ordered menu items are of course, Tacos de Birria. So we got those and I'm about to get their Torta Birria. I really like that their Tacos/Tortillas are not overly oiled like other Birria spots. Iykyk (and for those who don't, an overly oiled tortilla starts to break and fall apart the moment you lift. While the meat is mild in taste, it was still a very good taco. The broth it comes with is also pretty light but still has a good taste (I prefer my broths deeper in beef flavor) They have canned drinks and even Mexican sodas (Joya & Mexican Cola) Overall flavor-wise 7.5/10 Wife enjoyed it too but thought the flavors were light. Wife - 7/10 Overall, I was satisfied by what I ordered, flavor profile is pretty good; I was pleased with the cleanliness of the space and the overall energy. Oh and for those who care the restroom was pretty clean too.

This little inconspicuous eatery blew me away. I love that I wasn’t overwhelmed with the food choices. Everything was amazing, made to order, clean, and the owners were very nice. I’m only here for the weekend and I had to visit twice. Would definitely recommend.

This food has changed my life, it's touched my heart, and has set a new standard in my eyes for how good food in general can be. I can say, without hesitation, that the birria I had was quite literally, with no exaggeration, the best meal I've ever had in my life. Their homemade chips were amazing and the special sauce was fantastic. We talked to the owners for quite a bit and they are some of the nicest people and you can tell they truly care about the quality as well as the authenticity of the food. One more thing. Best. Consommé. Ever. I live a few states away but if I'm ever within even 5 hours of this place again, I'm definitely making time to come down and experience it all over again.
